I received an elbow 'massage' and three scary spine adjustments five days ago. I am still in pain and absolutely speechless. My spine feels inflamed and I have some sensation radiating in my shoulder, arm, hand. I already took Ibuprofen on Sunday, which hasn't done the trick. I went in for a massage. I asked for the 60 minute, $85 1 person table massage. As there is a language barrier, I pointed to the one I wanted and they nodded yes. When I got on the table they kept asking something that I couldn't understand and I just said "I don't understand". The massage started and went on for a while with just one person. After about 20 minutes, someone else started rubbing my feet. About another 15 minutes, the person rubbing my back left and I was left with just the one guy rubbing my feet. It was a mediocre massage and I was floored when they charged me $140 for a 2 person massage. I did not receive a 2 person for 60 minutes each massage. With the language barrier it was impossible to fight. But don't go there, it is a scam. read more

I just got a fabulous chair massage! My male masseuse had strong hands and used his knowledge and precision in applying the right amount of pressure as needed on my neck and head areas. Great deep massage on my shoulders and back, knowing just how to manipulate those tired sore and tight muscles after a long day of flying from Honolulu to LA and then here to Denver! If only I could choose zero stars. Just had a table massage where I always ask for no feet and usually they don't touch my feet. At this location, as the masseuse starts the routine, another guy sat down and immediately start to rub my feet. I have horrible eczema that breaks and bleeds and this guy thinks its perfectly ok to sit down and start rubbing my feet, WTF! I had to say "NO FEET" THREE times and I finally had to literally kick his hands off my feet because the one he is squeezing is now bleeding. No feet means don't touch my feet buttheads. read more

This place is amazing. I've walked past this place hundreds of times but had never tried it until today out of sheer desperation. I went in for a 20 min chair massage and ended up staying for an hour and a half. I have fibromyalgia and other chronic pain disorders and I was having a really bad flair up, that compounded with stress made my shoulders and neck pretty much one large knot. I prefer deep tissue massages, so I am used to a lot of pressure, and my massage was fabulous. If you are looking for a place to go that is flexible with their schedule and can beat knots out of you, this is the place. I would give more than 5 stars if it was possible. read more

I went to get a $12.00 10 minute massage. Once I layed my head face down in the head rest and the lady started working on me some guy came out of nowhere that wasn't even there when I walked up and started working on my arm. He started talking about the massage and said $24.00 okay? I said "the $12.00 is fine." They continued to work on me and it was very hard and painful. My arm muscles were sore from lifting weights last night and the guy was going SO HARD! Finally the timer goes off the lady leaves and the guy continues to work on me for about 1 minute more. When I get up to pay sure enough to my horror he says it's going to be $24.00 I said "No, I asked for the $12.00 one." He corrected me and I just paid it because I was not about to aruge with someone who barely spoke english who wasn't going to let me win. Right before my massage was over this couple walked up and I believe asked for the same massage. On my way out I said "be careful, he'll overcharge you." The guy says "really?" And I said "Yeah! He just charged me $24.00 for a $12.00 massage" as I walked away. I called my bank on the way home and explained the situation and the girl completely agreed with me. I got credited for the $12.00 an hour later and I highly suggest none of you go to the massage place in the flatirons mall (neither one of them they are the same business) unless you want to be scammed. Was given a gift certificate for an hour massage. Went last night and the back massage was just plain painful. I kept thinking maybe this hurts so bad because my back is stressed and endured the session, but today my upper area around my spine is so sore I keep taking Ibuprofen. The foot massage was great but very disappointed the overall experience was not relaxing (and maybe it is not meant to be relaxing), but that is what my son hoped for when he purchased this gift. read more

I have been a faithful customer for over a year now and I am immensely disturbed by a recent chain of events with this business. Let first say that there are some masseuse's who are very good, but it is a system, similar to communist China, where no one individual gets any recognition for doing good work. The reason I'm giving this only 1 star is because of their dishonesty. Originally, when they started with their punch cards you got a punch for every 10 minutes. Evidently this changed, but no one working there bothers to tell anyone, claiming they don't understand what you are asking. It's always perplexed me and I think consumer's need to start speaking with their wallets. The worker marked a date that had already been stamped instead of stamping a new circle and I called him out on it, and they pleaded, they didn't know what I was saying. I thought I'd give them 1 more try, walked in and they were busy, but no one said, be with you in a minute, or we have a 20 min. wait, try the other location in the mall. I left, telling them I would try the location by the food court. I recognized it was one of the workers that literally does the same move the entire 10 minutes, so I left. Went back again for that last try and asked for 20 minutes. Thinking 10 I would pay for and 10 would be my free one, and they said to me, come back and use the free one the next time. Please. speak with your wallet and don't go here, let them know we value customer service, loyalty and honesty in Broomfield. I am just puzzled why it seems they are trying to displease me, I always leave a very generous tip, I even talk a little Chinese I pick up on at my job. All I can think is, I discovered that a masseuse named William, who is very good, and I started requesting him and I don't think they liked that. Everyone is equal don't ya know. The most horrible reflexology session ever. My 7 year old could of done a better job then this guy did for 35 minutes. I wonder where they get their training because this was not reflexology, he just rubbed with the same stroke 20 times in the same area over and over again. The person was falling asleep because he stop and start again. The flow of the massage was bad. He worked longer on my left foot vs my right foot. My back was killing me laying on the table they had me lie on and didn't even put support under my knees. I have been a massage therapist for over 13 years and this type of massage he basically gave me was the most horrible Swedish massage on my feet. NOT REFLEXOLOGY! Same technique with no variety of different strokes. His English was bad too. I do not recommend this place what so ever!!! When I sat up to put my shoes on, I looked over and saw a massage therapist looking at his phone while he was doing a massage! REALLY, Seriously that is ridiculous. LADIES--DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! My friend was sexually assaulted at this location!! The woman who massaged her asked her to take off her sweater since she had a tank top underneath because the sweater was very thick and since it was a woman giving her the massage, she didn't think anything of it. As her massage was coming to an end, she got off the massage table, turned around and noticed a man standing there, holding his phone up and snapped a picture of her chest before she could put her sweater back on. After clearly noticing what he had done, she asked why he had taken her picture and to please delete it. He walked away, fiddling with his phone nervously and then claimed that the language barrier between the them was making him unable to understand what she was saying. She typed into a translator that she saw what he had done and he denied it. My friends husband tried to contact them and it turns out the man that had taken her picture was the manager of the place. He offered a free massage for her next visit to "compensate" which is disgusting since she will never return. We are writing this review because now more than ever women need to stick together and although this experience was traumatizing for my friend; if we can avoid this happening to any other female ever again then our job here is done. Bad customer service due to poor English speaking Asians. This is like going to those Asian pedicure places where they don't speak very good English. Not only the English was bad, the reflexology foot massage is definitely the worst massage I have ever had in my life. My personal experience of receiving massages through out years and coming to this place was a bad experience. I wonder where they get their training to do massage. The one thing I have to say nice is that the ambiance was peaceful but that is it. The table is horrible to lay on, the bucket of luke warm water to put your feet in is not comfortable at all. God forbid if you have a big feet because it probably would not fit in the bucket. The guy who was doing the massage was falling asleep because the flow of the massage was intermittent. He massaged one heel and didn't massage the other heel. Then I think he put a lot of weight directly on my shin bone which was painful and not comfortable at all. This was not reflexology, it was a sucky foot rub! Definitely would not recommend this place at all. I will never come back here even if my life depended on it. read more
