The balance between the shrimp and pork leaned heavily on the pork, which was a bit gristly. The service is standard for a traditional Chinese restaurant. The staff speak English, Dutch, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Very impressive! They are also well staffed for a Chinese restaurant. The ambiance is the standard fare for a Chinese restaurant too.
