Not to apologize and/or make up for the situation in any way, but to induce me to remove my review of the incident I experienced- a confusing attempt to schedule an appointment. I was upset and angered by this behavior, particularly as it was followed by two written attempts to further influence me. Those were removed immediately upon my stating if the harassment campaign didn't cease, I would report the incidents to Yelp. Since the business owner responded by removing his messages to me, I'm going on memory here, but these were long, rambling messages insisting I was damaging the lives of not only his office staff, but of their families and children. The hyper drama of this in relation to the review, of an attempt to make an appointment- not a condemnation of an actual treatment experience, was enough to make me wonder if the man was out of his mind and fear what else he might do if I didn't bend to his wishes. A frightening and upsetting experience due to someone who doesn't have things in perspective. If you don't want reviews like this, stop behaving like someone who might pose a threat.

I had my radial head removed and was dealing with severe nerve damage in my arm and hand. At the time, I knew his treatments were helping with inflammation and sensitivity, but I didn't fully realize how much progress I had made until recently. A week ago someone commented, "Wow, you're using that arm a lot more," and it finally clicked. In a support group for radial head injuries, someone asked about supination, and I suddenly realized I could relate in a completely new way. For almost four years, I couldn't rotate my hand palm-up or palm-down. As I was sharing my story, I looked down and noticed my palm was face down--something I hadn't been able to do for years. I sat there for ten minutes just turning my palm up and down in disbelief. Glenn's treatments absolutely made this possible. I'm incredibly grateful for the progress he helped me achieve. Initially, was very pleased with my experiences at the Care Center--I referred several of my…read moreacquaintances and coworkers--because I felt like they were the first ones to truly care about helping me get better. I have to give them at least two stars because they made my pain 70% more bearable and because of their expertise I was finally able to make progress on the sources of my pain. Most importantly, I could tell that I was still receiving the same level of care as everyone else--eventhough I have very crappy I'm-an-entrepreneur-and-a-single-mother insurance. I have to take stars away because, after several months of treatment, I have become fed up with the mismanagement and in some cases blatant disrespect. As talented of a chiropractor as Dr. Alberti is*, he sucks at leading a team**. He has a few toxic staff members that he's too much of a wimp to fire and they run off all of the employees with potential. *he is extremely talented ... Dr. Harrison is my fav though because his technique better suits my tastes ** he has no bedside manner at all!!! But I think its more of a "i have social anxiety" thing than a "i only care about your money" thing like someone else said. The front desk staff is poorly trained and the turnover rate is insane. The appointment reminder system they use is wacked and will send me five different appts for the same day. Theres always a wait because they overbook and they don't have enough PTs. Some of the pts are extremely lazy and will sit around talking or complaining forcing the other pt to do everything ... Which makes what should be a 15 min appointment take an hour. I stopped even going by appointments because they were meaningless and the reminder system was confusing. (definitely some attitudes about this but my time is valuable too) All of that aggravation was worth it tho because they made me feel so good!!!!! And even though they were disorganized (most of them) were/are still good people. Things started to go south because this one employee did something extremely petty and unprofessional to me and i complained about her. What she did was dangerous and I could have made a big deal about it but I didn't because I liked this place and these people and I knew that the person who did it was having a bad day. She was reprimanded and ever since i feel like they've been trying to push me out. Apparently clients (especially ones with crappy insurance) are easier to replace then problematic a$$ employees ... Now, I no longer receive the same level of service as everyone else. Anyone who has ever been ghosted by an ex knows what it feels like when you're getting pushed out ... The little mircroAggression they do to force you to call it quits. The final straw: was overhearing a performative ass conversation about how the front desk people shouldn't schedule people with Medicaid because the insurance doesnt compensate ... I guess I'll have to take my insurance's inadequate compensation elsewhere because i no longer feel safe (since the initial incident there have been two others that have made me extremely uncomfortable). Grain of salt: i had a run in with the toxic employee because i have a big mouth and i confronted them about their laziness and unprofessionalism ... If you have a more reserved personality you'll probably do fine Tl;dr 2 stars because they WILL make you feel better, but proceed with caution if you haven't been in an accident or if you don't have good insurance. It's a good place to go until you find someplace better managed.

He is a very honest and to the point kind of guy. If you like someone who'll beat around the bushes, seek elsewhere. In addition to his knowledge across various styles of Acupuncture and Herbology, he is classically trained in western medicine and practices as a registered Pharmacist. He has a great personality and wonderful sense of humor. Bottom-line: Treats you as a person first and patient second. He knows your history. With many doctors every visit seems as its your first - having to re-establish the relationship every time. This is not the case with Dr. Chaudhary; he is as a true family doctor.
