At my first visit, we started with sitting in her office and going over my intake form. We discussed my area of concerns and lifestyle. Such a departure from so many places where the masseuse simply begins her work after a brief greeting and hardly listens to you. Lilly May has a very friendly yet professional demeanor, it's like chatting with an old friend whom you will also totally trust your body with. Her hands skillfully work out the knots (her IG handle is @ifixknottypeople haha) and I feel so much better afterwards. The massage table is very comfortable too, with heating just like fancier places. Such a good therapist is often fully booked, so do make your reservation early. My one little complain is that when making reservation online, I have to pay ahead, and they ask for the tip amount. The first time I was like, I haven't even gotten my service yet, how would I know what to tip? And would I get a bad massage if they don't think I tip generous enough?

I feel so much better today and my posture is even better too. She is so kind and attentive. I was in desperate need of a massage due to my job and so I went on Yelp and found the highest…read morerated spa. The day of my appointment I was greeted by Norma who ended up doing my massage. She was absolutely amazing! I did the deep tissue with the hot stones and my body felt rejuvenated after. Norma was very informative and explained to me the different steps of the massage (for example, she told me how stress had caused fluid to buildup underneath my arms, which I didn't even know!). She massaged areas that I didn't even know were tense and was very respectful when massaging my thigh area. As I was paying at the end of the appointment, Norma asked me how I felt and I told her I was good but there was just a little bit of pain in my upper back area but that it was ok and instead of being satisfied with my answer, Norma helped stretch me out until I was pain free. I paid for one hour and it ended up actually being an hour and 15 minutes because Norma went above and beyond for me. I truly recommend her and this spa.
