The establishment puts forth the online presence that it's fine dining yet the waitress had tattoos on her neck... strike 2. If we wanted a biker bar we would've gone to one. By looking around as we crossed the bridge from Fredericton city center, we crossed a "value boundary" and we were definitely on the wrong side of the tracks... we tried to look beyond that and focus on spending tourist dollars where it means the most.....the hostess/waitress really made that challenging. When she finally decides to grace us with her attention span she begins to interrogate us as to how long we will be as they have reservations 2 hours from now.... ?!?!?!? On that note, it was rather comical when the biker tatt'd hostess offered "outside dining" when it was not only a heat wave but it was clearly in a seedier part of town.
