The wooden chairs at the next table were held together with screws and metal brackets. Will this business be here much longer? The food on the buffet was sparse. The lo mein and the boneless ribs were ice cold. Either the food is not being heated in the kitchen before being brought out or the steam tables need some mechanical repairs. Because correct temperatures aren't being maintained. I was afraid to eat the items that weren't at the correct temperature; perfect environment for bacteria to multiply. The sweet and sour chicken was hot, fresh, and tasty. Everything else on the food bar was dried out, cold, much too spicy, and just unappetizing. The waitress was friendly and attentive. Lunch for two, with a tip was over $35; too much for the quality of the food. I would find somewhere else to eat, unless this restaurant cleans up their act.
