My honey got the udon - hot; he said it was perfect - he finished it. As other reviews have mentioned, it isn't fast food, and when down to 1 server, it may take a couple of minutes to catch them, but the family server was nice, and Rachel let us know that she ate here so much that they offered her a job - which says a lot.
