I like that you can text to make your appointment; I was able to do that the evening before and got the time I wanted! It's definitely a no frills spot - practical set up, minimal decor, and clean but basic. You don't really get the full "zen" experience but the masseuse was strong and targeted my pressure points. I didn't like that they basically got started without asking me which areas to focus on or for my preferred pressure. I had to proactively tell them and even then, the majority of the time spent on the massage wasn't on my target areas mentioned. The other masseuse was talking quite a bit and pretty loudly which took away from the experience. They should be more mindful of that considering most people get a massage as a form of relaxation. Nonetheless, I certainly felt more loose, relaxed, and slight tenderness after which I took as a good sign. We paid in cash to avoid taxes & fees, and there was a strong expectation for a tip which I had also read from other reviews. Decent spot but there's definitely better ones I'd rather go to!

They offer foot reflexology, deep tissue massages as well as body work massages which are just lighter force than deep tissue, they offer cupping for an additional $20 as well as hot stones for FREE. The massage was great, it was actually a little to forceful for me in the beginning and I asked for it to be a little lighter and it became right to my liking. This was my third time ever getting a massage and I think my body just isn't use to this type of movement. During my massage, she worked every single part of my body. Back, lower back, legs, feet, buttocks, arms, neck, ears, and literally head scratches, it was insane. I didn't book a full body and thought she would only be working on my back. It was great. Now to both pros and cons. For the pros: The massage was great, they started right on time with my appointment, it was easy to book online, I think they have great prices and also they don't charge taxes, the amount due is right on the money as it says. Oh, and just because I seen this with a lot of other business, I didn't feel the pressure of tipping or needing to tip more than I did (but I did ofc). The hot stones felt so amazing (if you have never tried you def should) and my back is pretty sensitive to heat so what she does is actually rub your body with hot oil first that's similar to the same amount of heat of the stones, then incorporates the stones as your skin adjust to the temperate. For the cons: The room is extremely tiny, when I walked in I was wondering to myself how in the world is anybody going to fit in this room with me, at first it felt a little hot, although there is a fan in the room with you, and the music is played on her phone, which is she needs to use it the music will shut off but that's very small detail. She did leave the room once to attend to someone else, but tbh it's a business and I had no problem with that at all. We actually started just a few moments after I arrived and she did make up for that in the allotted time. I was reading from some other reviews that they were conducting your massage time from the time that you arrived, not the time that you actually started getting your massage, but that didn't happen with me. Also, I have to mention as someone who doesn't enjoy pets, they do have a small dog, but it doesn't bother you and I only saw it once I was leaving. I would def go back to this place. It was your everyday or weekly massage place, not a place if your looking for a luxurious experience.

She starts by asking you where you want her the focus on during the massage and has great table side manners. For who also suffer from the same pain - you gotta go regularly! The relief doesn't happen after one massage, it has to be a consistent practice! A nice benefit of the massage is that even though I'm not a member of the gym, I can use the sauna afterwards. My wife and I booked a hand and foot massage as a Valentine's treat for ourselves, a chance to relax after a long week of hard work. It was meant to be a peaceful, enjoyable experience, but instead it turned into a complete disappointment. I scheduled the appointment over the phone, and before arriving we were really looking forward to sitting in the massage chairs, enjoying some coffee, and simply unwinding. However, when we got there, three staff members were arguing among themselves about where we were supposed to go, which immediately made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Despite us clearly explaining that we had booked a one-hour hand and foot massage and wanted to remain seated in the massage chairs, we were pressured to go into a room and lie down. By that point, the atmosphere already felt tense. I was expected to undress, which didn't make sense since we weren't there for a full-body massage but we went along with it anyway. During the massage, there was absolutely no pressure at all. It honestly felt like someone was just lightly touching and randomly pinching my feet & arms rather than providing an actual massage. My wife repeatedly asked her masseuse to apply more pressure, but her requests were ignored. To make matters worse, my masseuse was answering phone calls during the session and leaving me alone for several minutes at a time to go to the front desk while the timer was still running. She comes back without washing her hands & for me it was unsanitary The staff were also speaking loudly, completely disrupting what is supposed to be a quiet and relaxing environment. They were not short-staffed, so there was no reason someone else couldn't have assisted customers instead of interrupting the massage. When the time was up, the masseuse abruptly pulled the cloth off our eyes and rudely said, "Done." She didn't even bother wiping the oil off my wife's arms before walking out. At that point, I was furious. Given the lack of professionalism and the poor service we received, I did not feel the experience warranted a tip. We went to the front desk to pay $120 which felt completely unreasonable considering the quality of service and still gave each masseuse $5. I normally tip more than 20% when the service truly deserves it. Shockingly, one of the masseuses had the audacity to say, with an attitude, "Only $5 tip? It's supposed to be 20%." My wife chose not to respond, but I calmly said, "We were not satisfied with the service, I'm sorry." They muttered something in Chinese afterward, and we simply walked away. Overall, what was meant to be a relaxing Valentine's experience turned into a stressful, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing visit. WILL NEVER COME BACK AND NOT RECOMMENDED
