Food cooked was delicious, cost of the class was very fair (approx $25 pp) and tour of the shops and farmers market very interesting and with a few tastings too. By the way, she paid for all the tastings which is a kindness bonus, considering the fairness of her cooking class price. Hand on was on salsa and hand made tortillas. A cool idea she had is to put mirrors above her stove, so we could see exactly what she was doing without needing to stand. The group was of 7 in total, perfect. Her assistant is a very nice lady too. A lovely experience, I will be happy to do it again next time!
