terrible experience! go anywhere else…read more we had the rudest and most clueless employee ever. glaring at us while we were deciding and kept rushing us to decide. attitude the whole way, making faces, rolling eyes and trying to end our order before we were even done? we were the only ones in the store so there was no line we were holding up. but the kicker was when i tried to order a decaf latte, and she said they only do decaf coffee. i was surprised, so i asked if they had no decaf espresso? and she said she didn't know. and then. did nothing? lol? so i had to ask her to go check, which she responded with an eye roll and going to the machine to check. she came back and said they do have decaf espresso, so i asked for a decaf latte. she then tried to charge me for an extra shot of decaf in a regular caffeinated latte. i worked in coffee for a few years, and this level of incompetency was truly stunning, paired with the rudest customer service experience i've had. we almost left mid order and frankly, i wish we did.
