Was there Saturday night eating with my family and a gentleman and little girl came in the restaurant with a big dog. I watched as the waiters petted the dog. I am not sure if she washed her hand or not. But this is unsanitary. Also we ordered a pizza a Hawaiian pizza added pepperoni. The pizza came out with no pepperoni and was told she would ask about making another pizza. When she came back she said they got busy and didn't know if they would remake the pizza. She did not offer a discount or anything for her mistake. Previously had pizza here and it was great. Tonight I had chicken parmigiana and calamari What a mistake. The calamari came out first and looked like onion rings. Huge and all the same size. Always a good go-to in Bedford. I love getting a large pizza with sausage. The sausage is different from any other Italian restaurants that I have tried and I really like it. The Stromboli is also always a good go-to. The service when we have dined in is so good and the waitresses are always super attentive and keep the drinks full. The pricing is very reasonable as well. I am also glad they are on door dash. The only thing that I wish was different about this restaurant would be if they had a bar. They have beer/ wine but I would prefer a mixed drink from time to time. read more

The staff was very friendly and greeted and welcomed me. The Stromboli was cooked perfectly and very good. I had placed a to go order the only thing I would have liked done differently is packaging my order to travel. By the time I got to my destination the freeze had leaked through the bag and got all over what it was sitting on in my car. Their pizza is the best in this whole area. It's thin but holds a heap of special ingredients. And if you pay cash, it's a little cheaper than using a credit card. Their large pizza loaded is $20 ($19 if paying with cash) and is big enough to feed 4 people. I have no problem with the sauce, cheese or add-ons. They all looked and tasted great! I'm really puzzled by people who wrote very critical reviews of the pizza - saying it looked and tasted old and cold. Of course these were mostly OLD reviews, dating back 8-10 years. So perhaps things have improved at the OIP Everett? And a must try is their Italian Steak and Cheese Supreme. It's great and big enough for 2 people. It's $10 but well worth it. Wife and I both ordered a separate medium 14" pizza with the topping we each like. Also ordered the bread sticks as an appetizer. The bread sticks were more like fat pizza crust but with the meat sauce, not marinara sauce, it was OK. Last time I ever go back to OIP. Service was bad but I attribute that to poor management. Buffet pizza was so tough I could not cut it with a knife. I had bad pizza before with carry out that was practically raw. That's it - never goin back to this OIP. However have had pretty good luck with the one in Forest. Go figure! read more

Pizza was good, New York style, thin crust. I think they have a thick crust as well. Clean and they have A/C.

Ended up with cold and obviously old pizza that had been sitting out for quite awhile. I have eaten here before and it was better the previous times. Maybe under new management or new staff that has not quite learned how to give a customer hot and fresh food. read more

OK so my wife and I eat here somewhat frequently and I don't think we will be back. As a chef ,I love this type of restaurant concept and I fantasize about how I would do things here. There is so much potential being ignored, laziness and lack of passion has tainted this potentially great pizza place. Here are come examples of what I mean... We arrived at 5:00pm the start of the Sunday dinner buffet the food wasn't brought out for several minutes( not a huge deal) the food that was brought out was luke warm and the pizza didn't look fresh ( but I'll come back to the pizza). Much of the food appeared to be frozen food items and low quality ( fried mushrooms, fried mac&cheese bites chicken fingers etc. The meatballs had the appearance of being homemade but were not well seasoned and had so much bread crumb filling that they had the texture of wet bread (sadface). OK so back to the pizza... The crust was fantastic! The sauce was a bit sweet for my taste but really good. The chef was a bit stingy with the cheese and toppings, but those things were not my issue. It was not fresh... he was making cheese pizzas and adding luke warm toppings to create whatever pizzas he needed on the buffet. How lazy can you be! Re-warming cheese pizza with canned mushrooms Is not the way to make a good pizza and you know it if you work in a kitchen! I don't mean to be mean spirited I have been a fan of OIP in the past and with a little work and some more hand made food (actually cheaper to make fresh) This place would be epic! read more

Went in for the lunch buffet at 12:30. Most of the food was gone, the food that was still sitting out had clearly been sitting their for awhile. There are 4 other tables in the place. Another handful of tables come in... still very very slow to bring out more food. The selection is already very limited, empty pans on top of this is disappointing. Watched a staff member bring out sausage in a pan.. she poured some of the sausage sauce onto the old ravioli and then poured the new sausage and the rest of the sauce onto the old sausage and sauce. This is adulterated food and is likely to make people sick. The salad bar also exhibited old food... soggy peppers, old onion... however they make their dressings and the bleu cheese is delicious. Onto my service... the server initially came up and asked what we want to drink and this is all she said... and never came back to refill my drink. She spoke to us one more time because she was walking by our table. Pretty passive service... if u can count that as service. I have eaten their before... same story only this time my bill was 9$ higher than last time and last time included another adult beverage. Not sure what happened their... very disappointing. I love OIP. It is the best pizza in Bedford. They have an amazing cheese pizza, their steak and cheese subs are awesome. I have also tried their bread sticks, fried mushrooms, cheese calzone, ravioli, salad bar, cheese sticks, and jalapeno peppers. Everything is great. Well if your looking for a terrible lunch buffet experience on a Sunday after church this is the place for you. The wait staff is not to blame they are just understaffed.There were 2 waitresses for a lobby of about 100 people. It only took 15 minutes to get our drinks at which time we had almost decided to leave and wish we would have.By the time the drinks came we already discovered that what appeared to be a good size buffet for $8.75 plus drink was not at all. About 80% of the buffet was empty, and what was left was very clear as to why it was.I waited for them to start restocking for about another 10 minutes and then finally went to get some pizza and lasagna.The pizza was way over cooked and very chewy,not to mention the lack of quality ingredients.( the lowest quality cheese available)Not much selection of pizza and only one topping on each.Th lasagna was horrible and I'm pretty sure it was stouffers with a little added cheese and sauce,(could be chef boy arde). The fried items weren't much better.There were no jalapenos in the poppers. The potato and macaroni salad were trash.(at least that's where I sent them). After all was said and done I and my wife and 4 year old were very disappointed. We waited for our check for 15 minutes after we were done and never got it, I then told my wife and son to go to the car while I waited 10 more minutes without any luck.I then went to the register to pay and asked to speak with a manager. What do you know none of them there. I then called today and asked for a manger still no luck.I called again this evening and they said there wont be one in until tomorrow. I believe they need to hire someone that can manage the store better and make sure customers come first.I will never recommend this place and all I can hope for is an explanation of why they can't run a proper buffet or make sure there are enough waitresses to accommodate the customers.(maybe their understaffed to accommodate their future customers as they diminish). read more
