So I had a ton of work done with predator and at that time, Chad was the owner. I got all of my axles, suspension, wheels, and tires done and everything was great. Since then, the owner left predator and Nate took over as the owner. I had a couple of issues that needed to be addressed And Nate told me to get it into him as soon as I could, and he got them done all the next day. Expect knowledge and truth, not shiny words and sales pitches. In my experience brutal honesty is best along with some patience when asking about services and options. Performance automotive is a tricky thing to get right for both cost and reliability. Finding knowledgeable persons is difficult, finding patient, helpful and reasonable is nearly impossible. He went out of his way and came out to look at my rig and told me exactly what I needed and wasn't trying to upsale anything I didn't need. I told him my budget an we...yeah...WE looked the best for my dollar. Very informative, cool, calm, and collected. I ask a million questions and some places get annoyed and will kinda make ya feel dumb if you don't knlw but I'm learning so...you know, and he was super patient with me through all of it. Had the differential on my 2001 GMC repaired and serviced 4 years ago. Great people, great service. Now have a leaking axle seal so back I took it to get both sides fixed. What a bunch of jerks. Rude, arrogant, self-centered. The shop is all about them and their unstreetable 4x4's. What a change. I just thanked them for their time and left. No job or recommendations from me. I took my truck here to get automatic side steps installed. They were installed and within months they started malfunctioning. To be honest I do go on some pretty bumpy roads for work so the connection getting knocked loose was partly my fault. I took my truck back in to get the wires reconnected to battery and figured since they originally installed the steps it would be a quick and cheep fix. Instead the owner charged me for multiple hours of work and when I called to get my truck at end of the day he insisted one of his employees drives my truck 40 minutes home with him to make sure the connection stayed. I told him that was not necessary and I didn't want anyone driving my truck home. The next morning I came to get my truck and not only did the owner ignore me and let his employee drive it home but charged me for the gas it cost for his employee to go home and back to work in the morning. The owner is disrespectful and gauged the f*** out of me. 250 dollars later I have a half tank of gas I did not ask for them to put in a a couple wires back connected back to the battery. I regret ever taking my truck to this place ever. I don't recommend anyone to ever take your vehicle here unless you want to over pay and deal with a unperfessional asshole owner. I'm surprised this place is still open give how this guy treats his costumers. read more

Contacted this business to have them build a couple of Spidertrax axles for my Jeep TJ. One of the shop mechanics answered the phone and was really helpful but did said he would have the owner Mike contact me for pricing and details. When Mike called me he was arrogant and a complete ass, if they treat walk in customers this way not sure how they are still in business. He made sure I knew how smart he thought he was by spouting off all kinds of useless information instead of asking me what I was looking for. The Proprietor, Mike, is a true gentleman. I was directed to his shop by a chance encounter with a friend of his at a nearby gas station, when my truck nearly caught fire. Mike stayed a few minutes beyond 5 pm waiting for me to get my truck over there, then helped diagnose the problem (cracked SS fuel line), let me camp the night, came in early the next morning, took things apart, ordered the part which got there by 2, had a mechanic install it, and had me on the road all within 24 hours. Every step of the way was courteous, professional and had the feel of being above the mere call of duty (wouldn't let me leave without running engine for 20 min, just to see, and so forth.) In the end, the bill was very fair, for actual hours of actual work, plus parts, of course. Highly recommend this gem. read more

I first brought my 97 Dodge 3500 4X4 to Predator because of large metal chips being produced in the rear differential. I met Del, their front counter person, who was friendly and walked me through the process. They trouble shot the differential and ended up to having to replace the carrier. They performed the work on time and within their initial estimate. That repair went so well that I brought my 78 Corvette in for a gear change. Inside that differential they found some damage which they repaired and soon had the Vette back in service with its new 3.55:1 gear set. Del is friendly, doesn't BS and keeps his word. The guys in the back, especially the "mature" ones, seem to be top notch when it comes to experience and workmanship. Repairing/regearing the Vette wasn't cheap, but the differential is quiet and works great. Would I return for other work? Yes. read more
