Excellent service. Corey and his team installed some lowering springs in i bought to close the wheel gap on my Alfa Romeo Stelvio Qv. This also created a need to have the car aligned twice. Once upon initial installation, and again after a few hundred miles once the springs settled in. Redline was very patient with my vehicle, as the performance suspension in the Quadrifoglio are known to be a major p.i.t.a to align to Stellantis specs. I had to leave my vehcile there overnight, but Redline assured me the extra time would be needed to ensure a positive outcome. And I paid to have my AC recharged and it doesn't work any better than when I brought it in..I paid extra for filter change,as told it needed changing, but I don't think enough freeon? or whatever is used, for my SUV. I left paying a lot more than I expected because of the Groupon and that's never a good feeling...especially when I'm unsure of what was done. Initially I did not notice a difference in my AC but I thought maybe it needed time for new freeon to go through system?? but its mid-summer now, so I know there has been no difference, so I don't trust adequate AC recharging was done despite all the $ spent. read more

The tire pressure warning light came on in my car when visiting Roseville. I stopped to check the air pressure, and noticed that one of the tires was low and also appeared to have a small nail in it. I called 2-3 shops, one of them didn't answer, but Redline answered and said they would check out the tire and plug the leak, if possible (depending on the location of the nail). To my pleasant surprise, after the technician took the wheel off the car to check out the tire, the "nail" turned out to be a rock, and he explained that the tire probably lost pressure because of the cold. I got an appointment for the following day and had my tires on my motorhome switched and rotated and balanced. I was charged a fair price for the work done. I made another appointment to have my 2019 Ford F250 alignment done. The service advisor I worked with was Bob for both repairs. The shop is clean and organized. I was given all the information needed for each repair. I will need new tires soon for my truck. I will be seeking a quote with them based on my experience with them. A lot of people don't trust mechanics and I fall into that category because I am master mechanic. There are certain tasks I choose not to do myself. I get a good feeling about this place. My suspension is pretty noisy over bumps so I made an appointment for a suspension check. I brought it in and was there for about an hour. Tech took my Mustang for a drive and put it up on the lift a couple times. I was given a rundown of what was found and what was recommended. Came from les Schwab, and their staff is full of it and try to kill you on pricing and labor. I needed a simple alignment, I called and James picked up and told me to come in that afternoon. I was able to drop off the car off earlier and spoke to bob who was great as well. James informed me of the tie rods and to expect them to need to be fixed next summer, but alignment was great. I drove & had to bring it back the following week as my steering wheel was a bit overcorrected but bob drove it for me and made sure there weren't any issues. Overall YES, we will be bringing our cars back here for tires and alignment for sure. The staff is great, there's a chill waiting area, and it's right off the main road so you can't miss it.
