We purchased a new set of Goodyear tires here shortly before the new year and unfortunately started experiencing pretty severe shaking at highway speeds, not long afterward. Over the next six months, we went back and forth trying to troubleshoot between America's Tire and two different Tesla service centers, all while dealing with a car that shook pretty violently at freeway speed. When we finally brought it back again (after the first inquiry post-install), the team took another look and discovered that the foam lining (the sound dampening foam designed to reduce road noise) had come loose inside of all four tires! They removed the foam and the difference was immediate. The car drives like new again. Huge thank you to Aaron, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient throughout the process. He also really helped as a liaison between us and Goodyear, making a frustrating situation much easier to navigate. While the situation itself was definitely a headache, the team here at America's Tire stuck with it and helped get us to a resolution. If you buy a tire certificate for each tire, America's Tire will warranty the life of each tire. If your tires wear out before the advertised mileage or a certain time period, you will receive a prorated credit towards purchase of replacement tires. America's Tire provides free tire rotation, free rebalance, free walk-in tire pressure checks, and free flat repair depending on the location of the flat (it can't be on the sidewall). What great customer care and service! It is a great value. The reason the business provides so many freebies is to have first crack at replacing your tires when needed. Every visit, they inspect and measure the tread on each tire, not including the quick tire pressure checks. While they may not always have your first choice in brand name tire in stock, they seem to always have at least 1 or 2 tires that would work on your car. I am naturally cautious when finding a new place to work on my car and even when buying tires. When I came in to shop for tires, they had a great system to prioritize what's most important to you such as ride comfort, handling, Traction etc. I drive a lot so I knew I wanted tires that would last. In a couple minutes they had an excellent recommendation but I wanted to do more research. Long story short, even with AI I couldn't find a better recommendation than the one they already gave me. Came in for a 4 wheel alignment price $99. This was a great price when I shopped around. Quick service, they gave estimate of 1 1/2 hrs for service. We went to lunch and received a call within 30-40 mins. When we came back to the shop we were shown a printout of our alignment and explained what they did. My only issue is that the technician who completed our car should have locked the doors of your vehicle when parked. My only worry about getting service here at this location is when your vehicle is finished they do not lock the doors to secure your vehicle. My vehicle was sitting on the side lot out of sight of the work bays. My prior experience in the past few years at other locations my vehicle is always locked and secure on their side lot when I come to pick up. read more

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE IF YOU LIKE YOUR CAR ! Bunch of novice techs that practice on our expansive vehicles and damage it. That story took place on November on 2024 but its been on going until now and anyone need to know about it. Purchased more then 2k$ of tires. Paid 500$ to install them in order to have warranty for the tire. Before installing my new tires on the rim i told the desk person AND the technician that my truck with my 17" rim and they will need to watch for the clearance between the rim and the brake caliper. Tech said "yeah sure". I pick up my truck and less then one minute later soon as i leave the store i heard noises from the wheels. I look closer and my brand new rim got completely scratched from the wheel weight being very close to the brake caliper. New rim got destroyed and scratched so the store provided with new rim. After picking up new rim i found out that my other side rim has NO WEIGHT at all dues to tech lack of knowledge probably how to clear the brake caliper. I leave the store for the second time and i keep on telling the desk person that my TPMS light is on and since i installed the tires my indicator on the dash didnt work. I came again after 500 miles ( tech said to drive this much in order for tpms to be programmed-which is found to bs bs.a good working tpms will be on immediately ) telling the tech that my tpms light is still on and the desk person said nothing we can do. "Maybe your wheel sensor battery is out". I didnt believe a word from them as i know my truck is new less then 5 years and the original wheel sensors will last 10 years MINIMUM!! Per toyota! I go to another shop, and guess what?!? They replaced my original expansive wheel sensor with an after market wheel sensor that is not original and it created the problem. For now i know about only 1 wrong wheels sensor because i didnt check the other 3 wheels. Technically they removed my OEM toyota wheel sensor that worth more then 150$ and replaced it with after market cheap Chinese wheel sensor!! Ill do everything i can to get it fixed even though costumer service at the store dont want to do anything about it. Someone need to pay for my new oem wheel sensor and it will not be me. Very bad for America tires. Pictures attached of my scratched rim as well as the aftermarket sensor when i discovered that on another shop which called pro tech auto. 10 times better for installation and knowledge then america tires novice techs !! read more

It was perfect under a different manager when I went there last time. They were busy but got my car done in under 40 minutes. I came in today to get my tire fixed for the second time. First, they kept trying to sell me their wheels and wiper blades (saying it's only $10). For the wait, the system showed a time of an hour and a half. I said I'd probably come another day since I couldn't wait that long, and he told me, "That's just what the system says--it'll be around 30 minutes." So I stayed. After 40 minutes, I asked if I was still in the lane since I hadn't heard anything back. He told me I was next. I came back a couple of times after that, about 15 minutes apart, and I still wasn't up. Finally, after 1 hour and 40 minutes, I asked again--and saw that when he opened the list, I wasn't even on it! They took my car right away once they realized it was their mistake. Keep in mind, I came after work, I was tired and hungry, and they didn't even have A/C--I was sitting in 90-degree heat the whole time. I asked about the wipers. The employee told me it's $25 each, and I needed two for the front and one for the back. I asked if they could offer them complimentary. He said he couldn't. I then asked if I could at least get them for the price I was originally told. He said he didn't know what the other guy was talking about. I asked to speak to the manager. The worker said, "You're talking to the manager right now." I told him I know he's not--I wanted to speak to the real manager. When I finally got to the manager, he didn't even want to listen. I politely asked him 2-3 times to let me finish, but he kept cutting me off with questions I was just about to answer and saying, "We're just busy, you see all these people here." And I totally get that--but if you're that busy, why tell me 30 minutes and then make me wait 2 hours? And now you're not even trying to help? I just don't get it. I don't understand how someone becomes a manager when their job is to resolve problems and understand the customer--which starts with listening. Fast and Professional Service [Roseville CA] When my daughter called me to let me know that she had a flat tire we called the closest tire center nearby and it was this location on N Sunrise. Even though America's Tire could've accommodated the service that day the problem was getting a tow truck service to bring the car to the shop. It would be a couple of hours before a tow truck would arrive and the shop closed at 6:00p. The following morning we had her car towed to America's Tire. We opted to have all four tires replaced to be safe (it was also recommended). After her car was placed on the schedule I would get updates of the progress of the service on my phone until the car was ready to be picked up. The car was ready in a couple of hours. I was able to find the tires I was looking for online and call the store for pricing and availability. I spoke with Max who asked me several great questions about my car & driving habits and then he was able to recommend a much better tire for lower price (Yokohama) with higher mileage rating than what I was looking at (Michelin). I had Michelin tires 3x and never did get the full milage rating from them and the road noise was really loud​. Max took his time to walk me through the advantages of the Yokohamas. Stopped by America's Tire because I found a nail in the should of my tire. It was within the area of the tire that is not repairable. This meant the whole tire had to be replaced. I was able to make an appointment in the morning for same-day, around 5pm. Upon arrival, Cyprian greeted me and let me know that I will be helped soon. They seemed a little busy at this time. I waited about 5 minutes and they were able to check me in and look at my tire with me. I appreciate that they always keep you updated on the state of your tires and offer a recommendation if needed. They also do tire inspection and repairs for free! Even though I had to get an entirely new tire from the puncture, because it was a tire purchased from them and under a certificate, they were able to replace it for free! This made the process super smooth and I was out of there in 45 minutes. Cyprian was helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. I stopped by without an appointment and was helped by Steven. He didn't try to upsell me or push me into purchasing anything after I told him I just need the cheapest tires possible since I drive a really crappy car. This is the only bad part of my experience- I came at peak time, so I was understanding if it took additional time. I was quoted an hour. So I got food and came back around what I thought was an hour to check on my car. Unfortunately I had a weird interaction with another worker at this time. He very poignantly let me know it had only been 52 minutes, not an hour, and my car was not done. He told me that I was quoted to be done in another thirty minutes. He made sure I knew there were other people ahead of me. He spoke to me as if I was an entitled child, and as though I was a costumer who was rushing them and making up the fact I was told an hour. He argued with everything I said, like I had said I got there around 3:30 or 3:45 and he told me I was wrong. I told him that I was not trying to cause any conflict. I wish I had been more firm and defended myself. He did not ever look me in the eyes, he was just rude and argumentative. Another twenty to thirty minutes pass, and Steven lets me know it'll be even a bit longer than he quoted me and was super apologetic. It reaffirmed that I was indeed quoted an hour, and I was okay with waiting longer, initially I was okay with even leaving overnight. So I think I was there maybe a little over two hours. I could be wrong by 8 or so minutes, who knows. Steven was great. The other guy really hurt my feelings. But great service overall! read more

I've used America's Tire for years now. I'm older, and it's not easy for me to bend down and put air in my own tires. So I go there every six weeks or so and have them check. They are very nice about doing it and I do give them a little tip when they do it (they always say I don't have to do that, but it's worth it to me not to have to get down because I'll have trouble getting up so I appreciate it). Anyhow, yesterday I went in there, and a salesperson, as opposed to one of the tire installer checks my air. He comes up to me, and says, "Did you buy your tires here?" I say, "Yes." "Did you purchase the road hazard warranty?" "Yes." Well you have a little bubble in one of your tires. I don't know how it happened, but I must have gone over a pothole or something. Anyhow, he tells me, "We'll order a tire for your car (when I bought tires from them, it was not one of their usual brands, so they had to order them. They matched Costco's price by the way, Costco had a sale on them. So the salesperson tells me, "the tire should be in tomorrow." Two hours later, I received a phone call that the tire was in. I brought the car in, they put on the tire and I was out in 1/2 hour. No charge due to the warranty. They did charge a small fee to warranty the new tire, but I was happy. read more
