It is a 103 degrees out today so I feel sorry for the techs having to work in this heat and still be pleasant. I only had to wait less than 30 minutes. Turns out the tire pressure light just needed to be reset. I asked how much I owed and was told "nothing." WOW! Not sure how you guys stay in business, but thank you, thank you, thank you! One of the unexpected perks has been their complimentary Air Check service. Customers can simply pull right in, and an associate will check and top off the tire pressure if needed. Even though this isn't our "home" location, I happened to be nearby and stopped in. Catherine greeted me with a smile and graciously got my tires aired up and back to the proper pressure in just a few minutes. They came back and claimed the tires were actually at 3/32, said the vehicle was unsafe to drive, and refused to patch the tire because of "liability." They then told us that all four tires would need to be replaced before they would perform the patch. The inconsistent measurements and sudden change in their position made this feel dishonest and completely sales-driven. If the tires were truly unsafe, that should have been clearly stated from the beginning--not after we declined to purchase four new tires. I came in for a patch and left feeling like they were using the situation to force an unnecessary sale. I would not trust this location's recommendations or measurements.

Honest Service and Great Team at Tires Direct - Lincoln…read more I had a great experience at Tires Direct in Lincoln today. I noticed a screw in my front tire and drove in hoping they could take a quick look. Jacob helped me right away and explained the options, offering a very fair price for either a plug or a patch. Christian, the tire technician, got my van into the bay quickly and checked the tire. After inspecting it, he discovered that the screw hadn't actually punctured the tire, so no repair was needed. Instead of just sending me on my way, he took the time to check all my tires and inflate them because the pressure was low from the cold weather. When I went to the front desk to pay, Usman and Jacob told me there was no charge and that I was good to go. That level of honesty and customer service is rare these days. They easily could have charged me for a repair, but they didn't because it wasn't needed. This is exactly the kind of business people want to support. Tires Direct in Lincoln has definitely earned my future business -- when it's time for a new set of tires, this is where I'm coming. Highly recommend!
