Then he realized he didn't have the right size tool and would have to run to the store. I asked if we could just find a tire shop close by which might be able to install them for us, since we would need to go to the store for the parts anyways. Came on Yelp and found Roseville Tire Center, one of the few places open on a Sunday. They even have a mobile service! We got a quote and then drove over to their place, which is close to Roundhouse Deli (amazing tritip tacos, fyi). The place is definitely not fancy but they were able to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Jose even charged us less than he quoted us on the phone, which I think is such a nice thing to do, because he technically could have gotten more money from the job but didn't. Great place to bring your tires to for installation. They don't look like they have a lot of new tires to purchase (like your normal Costco, Les Schwab, America's Tire Center, Firestone, etc) but they are great for labor like installation or repairs. Highly recommended!

The new shop manager recently helped me find a basically brand-new set of used Bridgestone tires for just over $400, installed, balanced, and out the door (Even still have the new "tire spikes". I usually go with Michelin, but these Bridgestones helped me save a few bucks and still feel like a great set of tires. The team here is always super friendly, easy to talk to, and really knowledgeable. Every time I come in, they get me taken care of and back out the door without any hassle. It's the kind of place where you feel comfortable recommending it to family and friends, and I do all the time. If I had one wish for this shop, it would be that they offered alignments -- and if I'm really pushing it, maybe oil changes too -- just to make it a one-stop shop. But honestly, there's nothing to complain about. Thanks to the whole Bob's Tires team! I hope the shop stays open and serving the community for many years to come.

I had all 4 tires replaced on my 2018 Audi Q7, and Moe took the time to go over several different options depending on budget and brand. I really appreciated that he didn't try to push anything unnecessary--he simply explained the choices and helped me decide what worked best. The tires were ordered and delivered within a few days, and when I came in for the appointment the service was incredibly fast. From start to finish it took about 35-45 minutes to remove the old tires, mount and balance the new ones, and torque everything properly. One thing I really respected is that they torque the lug nuts to factory specifications using an actual torque wrench, not just an air gun like many places do. No scratches Or damage to the wheels. That attention to detail shows professionalism. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the service. Everything was done correctly--no warning lights, tire pressure issues, or problems afterwards. The quality of work honestly felt dealer-level but at a much better price. Highly recommend S&S Tire Shop if you're in the Sacramento area. I'll definitely be coming back.

Honest Service and Great Team at Tires Direct - Lincoln…read more I had a great experience at Tires Direct in Lincoln today. I noticed a screw in my front tire and drove in hoping they could take a quick look. Jacob helped me right away and explained the options, offering a very fair price for either a plug or a patch. Christian, the tire technician, got my van into the bay quickly and checked the tire. After inspecting it, he discovered that the screw hadn't actually punctured the tire, so no repair was needed. Instead of just sending me on my way, he took the time to check all my tires and inflate them because the pressure was low from the cold weather. When I went to the front desk to pay, Usman and Jacob told me there was no charge and that I was good to go. That level of honesty and customer service is rare these days. They easily could have charged me for a repair, but they didn't because it wasn't needed. This is exactly the kind of business people want to support. Tires Direct in Lincoln has definitely earned my future business -- when it's time for a new set of tires, this is where I'm coming. Highly recommend!
