Love the convenience of the location, and the interior is very sleek. That said, there are some downsides that prevent me from coming here unless I am in a hurry and can't get to SoDo. Prices: Definitely marked up compared to any other shop in the area. Selection: Tends to be limited. Seems like they are going for a boutique feel, but prefer to have more options. Overly 'helpful': I enjoy to peruse the selection by myself, as I do when shopping in most stores. Their model is to pair you up with a sales person (if one is not available, you have to wait at the door), who asks a lot of questions about the feeling, or experience, you are going for (cool idea... if you are and noob and want that), and then gives you suggestions and hovers. Have not felt able to actually browse what is in the cases. Overall, I can appreciate trying something different in this new market... This is really wonderful and neat store, great bud tender, lack on selection, super overpriced, they charged at least 50% more than other recreational stores around Seattle, my cartridge cost 38 dollars here, other stores sold for 21 dollars, please be more competitive in pricing!! 3-5 dollars overpriced is okay but, this felt like a rip off!! read more

Service here is amazing! They really make you feel comfortable and satisfied, I like the friendly neighbor vibes here, and someone is always able to help me find exactly what I'm looking for! Recently I purchased a pack of edibles and for the first time ever (I didn't know it was possible) the pack was short a few candies, now I was nervous about calling thinking they might think I'm full of hooey or trying to get something free which I was not, I was really surprised by this happening, anyway Rico answered the phone and was extremely pleasant and said it would be no problem for them to give me a new bag! So friendly and didn't question me at all about it and made me feel so comfortable about it! I came back in a few days later and Rico was there to greet me with a smile and left in about 3 minutes with my new full bag of candies that he felt and counted, he was awesome! The only reason I go to this place it's because it's convenient. Today was my 3rd visit and last! Expensive compared to the two options on 1st Ave, rude girl at the register and I'm sick at the ATM they have, every time I've used it I have to try three times for it to dispense cash, also it charges a $5 fee someone is making $$ this place doesn't take debit or credit cash only. To the girl taking the cash Everyone has bad days not just you! It's still your job to smile and not be rude to customers because your having a bad day!! read more

This place is dope! Been a customer ever since they opened up shop in White Center/Burien area. I miss going into the store, blaze one up, and then grub on some Zippy's burgers. Excellent customer service. I've never had a bad experience here at a dispensary in Seattle, but this has been my favorite. They were actually able to find me exactly what I need in minutes flat. I was in a couple months ago to purchase an indigo pro pen. The pen died after less than 2 months use, very disappointing. I was told when I bought the pen that they carry a one year warranty. This is stated in the instructions given with the pen. I was also told that did not matter, I could return it no matter when. Nice to hear. Tonight I went in and waited five minutes to be helped. I explained that the pen was not working and I wanted to exchange it. Them, "What do you mean it doesn't work?" Now I have to repeat myself, as if I dont have more fun things to do than return pens that do work. me, "When I put a cartaridge in, it doesn't work. At this point the woman yelled to her coworker across the way, "How are we handling these returns right now?" Nothing is getting said to me, I just stand there. The woman walks away, with my receipt and battery. She comes back maybe 3 minutes later and says to her coworker, "Yeah it's defintely not working." So my word to you as a customer is what? Like I dont know what I'm talking about....... Then she tells me they have no batteries. I waited this long to find that out. me, "when will you have some? are you getting more?" None of that info is provided. her, "Some are coming in on the 4th." I get handed back my battery. I ask for my receipt. her, "It's on the counter over there." I have to go and fetch my receipt because you cant be hassled to deal with me. My god. I thought they would ask for my number, call me to let me know batteries came in. Nope, none of that. Probably the only shop that has employees that don't even smoke weed. Their manager and budtenders were completely clueless, yet super aggressive. I think there was only ONE employee in there that actually knew what they were talking about. Alex and Daisy could not answer any of my questions. They kept asking someone else who was working (and busy with another customer) about the strains I inquired about. Finally they just admitted they don't smoke and don't know. Next time, I'll go to the blond guy with the glasses they kept directing my questions to. If there is a next time. Plenty of other shops have better prices and employees that actually smoke. After a stellar first visit I wrote a review to match, this however is a complete 180. I called the other night about 40 min before closing and was greeted nicely and told that they would be there when we got there. We arrived and had a budtender greet us and asked what we were looking for. We already had concentrate oil in mind and asked to see several selections. That seemed to be a difficult task for the budtender as he seemed incredibly put out that he had to get multiple selections from the back. Then they were all basically just tossed on the counter and he assumed we were buying every single one of them so started ringing up six or seven grams of concentrate when we were only comparing a couple. The guy was rude, completely put out that we were asking for multiple selections and it was completely obvious that he was more interested in getting out of there in the next 10 minutes when the store closed then to assist the very customers that pay his paycheck. Quite disappointed, I could have gone to a closer shop to my house & had better service for a cheaper price but chose this place because I thought it was good. Not impressed read more

I purchased a bag of Sea Salt Caramels that I was looking for because I cut them in half and use them as a sleep aid. There were none in the store so she went out back and said she found a bag and I asked why it was in back and she didn't know. I got home and tried a half before bed and woke up with a major headache and really high blood pressure. I wasn't sure if it was the caramels so I just decided not to take them for a while but did about a week later and the same thing happened again. I could only deduce that is was the caramel. Also, the caramels were really grainy as if I was eating plain brown sugar and when I had cut it in half it broke and crumbled into a few pieces?? This is a caramel? So I tried to take all but 1 and a half back out of the 10 because there was something wrong with the making of these and it was more than obvious if the guy I spoke to would have checked them out but he refused and quoted what it says on my receipt but offered me 20% off another purchase in the store. I certainly was not going to spend any more money there since my purchase was improperly made and though I can't prove it, I believe made me somewhat ill. The product should have been taken back simply because it was made incorrectly and I should have either been given another one that is not crumbled sugar but a caramel or another edible of the same value that was like the caramel. They are making money hand over fist here yet don't know customer service when a customer is dissatisfied with a product and can prove its faulty in its making. read more

I never really write reviews but after several attempts at giving this store a chance, I will probably not be returning after a recent visit. The reason? The customer service people are EXTREMELY pushy to the point where I have to flat-out ask them (on several occasions) to please just allow me to peruse without interruption or advice. If I want help, I will ask. I've been very polite when I've told the people eagerly hovering behind the counter (no chill AT ALL) but they just laugh and think I'm joking. Last time I came in, TWO different budtenders attempted to sell me product I literally didn't even look at, and also tried to push me to add an extra $25 to my purchase for more of what I was already getting. Uhh, no thank you. I know what I want when I come in to buy, and these people have no concept of laying off the customer who says they do not need help. The system here is jacked and really confusing, especially when the people who take your ID don't inform you as to their process. When they saw that I was trying to get in and out and actually knew the product I wanted and did not want to negotiate any deals or anything like that, their demeanor went from fake nice to outright rude almost startlingly fast. These people need customer service 101--every experience here has been like this, and I always leave saying I'll never come back again (literally the only reason I've ever come here is the convenience). Spend your money elsewhere--these people are the epitome of the bad side of the commercialization of the marijuana industry. read more
