Both baristas were genuinely enthusiastic without being over the top. Placed my order, and yes they take debit/credit cards, got all drinks in relative good time in a drink carrier. Perfect for this beverage klutz. All of us really enjoyed our beverages...hot, spot on, expertly made! 20 oz Americano, 16 oz mocha, and 16 oz London Fog latte, excellent and without the snotty hipster attitude found at some indies in Seattle. Total legit 5 star establishment on Yelp and worth the stop.

I had cold brew and the bacon quiche. The cold brew was really nice and not that bitter. The quiche was creamy and had amazing flavor. Large space with lots of seating. The only downside is they have shared bathrooms that are a bit of a walk away.

Their customer service is inconsistent which keeps me away. Each time I go back I regret it. Today on my way to work I stopped. I pulled up and was car number two, NO other cars! The vehicle ahead of me was a flatbed type truck. I sat behind the truck for 3 minutes before the chit chat ended and the vehicle moved forward. As I pulled forward the barista went to her station and the cashier took my order. I pulled around and sat behind the truck as the barista and driver continued to chit chat. I watched as the driver was handed his drink, the truck did not drive off. It sat there as the barista made my coffee. Once it was done, the truck pulled away and there my drink sat on the counter. It was handed to me with no thank you or words said. What a way to start my workday! Unbelievable poor customer service! I'm done with Urban City!

My friend ordered the biscuits and gravy with an egg and stated it was sour. Asked for oat milk in my chai and the chai wasn't fully mixed it was all sitting at the bottom and it was cold when handed to us. Not once did she call our order out loud and we were checking to see if our drinks were at the counter. She also did not give us the proper restroom code either. Again, it was not busy, there was maybe max 5-6 people inside and when we ordered we were 2nd to order. Location is convenient but service and food not worth it at all.

It was one slice of sourdough cut in half and barely toasted. 2 strips of bacon and some bland cheese. I have never been more disappointed in a sandwich in my life. For beverage I got cold brew and asked for light cream. It came out looking very pale brown. There was so much cream that I could not taste the coffee.
