At my previous apartment, we stayed for a while to make sure everything was going smoothly before driving to our new place. When we left, the crew appeared to have already moved the majority of our belongings out. It took us about 40 minutes to drive to the new apartment, plus another 20 minutes to get settled and make sure our cat was safe. An hour after we had left, I received a call saying they had just finished loading the truck and were only then heading to our new apartment. Given how much had already been completed before we left, that timeline didn't make sense to me and left me questioning how efficiently the remaining work was being done. Another frustrating part of the experience was that, at both the pickup and delivery locations, the movers repeatedly asked me where they should park the moving truck. I don't drive commercial moving trucks, and I hired professionals because I expected them to know how to handle those logistics. I was also told that if they received a parking ticket, I would be responsible for paying it, which I found unreasonable. Once they arrived at the new apartment, the pace continued to feel unnecessarily slow. There were multiple trips carrying only one or two small items at a time. Eventually, my partner and I started helping unload our own belongings because we wanted to get the move finished. We also noticed several bathroom breaks throughout the job, which only added to the feeling that the process was taking much longer than necessary. The final interaction left a bad impression as well. I fully intended to leave a tip for good service, but before I even had the chance, one of the movers repeatedly asked for cash after I had already explained that I didn't have any. Being pressured for a tip at the end of an already disappointing experience felt unprofessional. Moving is already stressful, and I hired professionals hoping to make the day easier. Instead, I left feeling that the job took much longer than it should have, communication was poor, and the overall experience did not justify the cost. I can't recommend this company based on my experience.

Their office support staff was very responsive to my questions; the two movers did an excellent job packing my property; the moving company they worked with in Rotterdam was equally responsive and got the property to me ahead of my expectations; and their two movers here in Barcelona got everything into our apartment in a couple of hours. As per the contract, they unpacked everything except the boxes, put every item in the room we requested it go, and removed all of the trash. They also were careful in protecting the elevator from any damage. I can't imagine a move like this without there being some damage to items -- and this was no exception. But the damage was minimal, and is all fixable. For example, one broken glass in one of 27 artworks shipped. Overall, I am very pleased.

I've been living in an empty house for weeks now. This is my first personal big move, so I didn't know what to expect. The agent I talked to provided a very optimistic picture - it usually takes about 2 weeks for Canada he said. but here we are, 6 weeks after I moved, and I don't even know where my stuff is. It takes days to get an update of "we don't know when you will get your shipment". Again, I understand the pandemic might've caused a lot of problems. But I just wish they were honest about that from the beginning. I would've prepared accordingly. For example, I could've rented a furnished Airbnb instead of starting a lease on an apartment that would be *empty* for a month. It's hard to judge something for a single experience, but if I was asked, I wouldn't recommend working with this company.
