The nail technician was cordial and pleasant. However, I have never been in a nail salon that was this noisy. There were two customers left in the salon, yet the staff talked continuously and loudly in their own language throughout my entire pedicure and manicure. It made it very difficult to relax and enjoy the service. It felt as though there was little regard for the customers' comfort, which was surprising. To make matters worse, today the clear polish on my nails lifted completely. The entire surface of the polish could be peeled off. Overall, this was a very miserable experience.

Every fingernail was glued to my skin with acrylic built up under the nail, none of the nails match in shape, and the acrylic itself was not filed smooth. The older gentleman said it was because of my nails that the shapes don't match. I have never had this issue after getting acrylics for 25 years. If I am paying $60 the professional shouldn't be leaving polish from a sloppy paint job.

She let me pick my color and then Loni was ready to start my manicure. Everyone was very friendly at the salon.
