I have never had bad service when I have gone in. This is the only place I ever go. They truly make you feel like you were wanted to be there. I get a manicure and pedicure when I go and I truly feel like a queen. They always treat you with complementary soda, water or wine. And the prices are extremely reasonable. I debated posting this review because my second of three nail techs, was super sweet but after waking up with a nail infection this morning, I decided I'd warn others... I got them done, as we leave tomorrow for Disneyworld and now my toe hurts so bad, I can't even wear closed toe shoes. I made an appointment for 10:30am and waited until almost 11 to be seen. No biggie, I totally understand they're busy being a Saturday morning. My first nail tech that sat down was quick and just stood up after putting on the acrylic extended piece and didn't say a word. A super sweet second lady came over and asked what I wanted done and the shape and got to work. My only complaint would be unfortunately the gel wasn't dry before additional layers were added, again no biggie, they just aren't smooth like normal gel acrylics. I was then sat down at the pedicure chair and she began to work on my toes before she was directed to a different client and a third tech came over to do my deluxe pedicure after about 10 minutes of not knowing what was going on. She began working on my toes and on the left foot, cut me twice on just my big toe. First leg massage lasted 8 minutes and the other leg was just under 5. Wish there was a bit more consistency but yet another thing, I could get past. But waking up this morning and having my toe swollen, red, and painful was the final straw. I tried putting on my shoes this morning and had to immediately pull my foot out because it's so painful and it began to ooze. I wish I had read more reviews so highly recommending keeping your toe painless and going else where. read more

I stopped going here before and thought I would try it again. I got a full set and I was missing nails before two weeks were up. Against my better judgment, I went for a refill. They had one person working on for clients at the same time running back-and-forth. I requested regular polish and I know for a fact I got regular on my toes. When I went to check out, they charged me for gel polish. I told them I did not get gel polish and she said yes I did on my nails. She said she was going to discount the service. And I still somehow overpaid $20 from what their website shows I should've paid for a regular acrylic refill and a basic pedicure. They look stunned that I even questioned why I was being charged. a better look at my nails once I got home and they're all different lengths. I I believe they are one of these establishments that just won't turn away business even if if they're too busy. They need to learn some time management so they can take the time to do a proper job and pay attention to what the client asked for. I have no way of knowing if they use regular or gel polish and I think that's what they bang on. read more

First time getting my nails done here. Very busy place! Had a 1:30 appointment but didn't get seated till 2:00. My daughter and I came together. She had a gel manicure and I had a fill and polish change. Both were very good. The techs were friendly and chatty and we like that. We felt right at home, the establishment is clean, and even though we didn't partake they offer complimentary wine. Nice place, nice service. I have no problem recommending them. read more

If I could give them a zero star, I would. Went there yesterday with my sister in law, the girls doing our nails were yelling through the whole salon talking back and forth... not relaxing. I did a dip full set manicure shaped round oval, my shape is terribly uneven, dip was left under my nails, the dip is bumpy and I did not receive a manicure, the tech did not clean up my natural nails before putting the full set on, got up before my dip was done and told me to switch my nails twice in the light and then WENT OVER TO DO HER OWN NAILS WITH MY SISTERS NAIL TECH. my sister had three different techs do her nails, she also got dip, the file was on so high they were burning her, her nails are uneven and bumpy as well. Go somewhere else. This is the first time in my life I didn't tip a nail tech. I've never had a tech leave before my nails were even finished to do their own nails. I also had to ask for cuticle oil and apply it myself. read more

Definitely will NOT be returning. These are horrible. You can still see the paint strokes and most of the nails are see-through. This was a full set, and you can clearly see that some of nails aren't the right size! I also asked for medium-length before we started and she cut them this short so quickly. This was my first time here. The employees were shouting to each other the entire time, I did not feel relaxed at all. I paid for a deluxe pedicure, which included a callus removal service, and the tech barely buffed it smooth. I didn't realize my feet were still hard until I got home. The space was warm & I was not offered a drink. It was busy when I arrived and slow by the time I left which gave me an opportunity to see how they clean and turnover the stations after a client leaves. Though I appreciate how they used a clean set of tools for each client, I did not appreciate seeing used towels and used Paraffin wax in plastic just thrown onto the floor when they were finished. I also did not see a single technician clean the pedicure chairs and basins when the client was finished. This is the main reason why I'm only giving 2 stars. I'm sure all of the staff are nice people and I did tip 20%, but I will never return to this establishment. read more

I tried to give this place a try my husband and I got two pedicures and I got a full set and he got a manicure. This place needs to work on how inviting it is to have a wonderful experience getting pampered. I am getting my toes and nails done my nail look horrible got one design it's looks horrible the pregnant girl did a sloppy job on my nails. Also I forgot my flip flops they did not use a new pair of slippers which is unsanitary the place also isn't clean my chair was filthy for $55 you would think the experience would be better. Oh forgot I didn't like the color so as soon as I changed it they are all talking in their native smh will not being going back they should realize there are plenty other places to go. Oh and my nail messed up and the guy doing my pedicure acts as if it's my fault even though the nail polish is clear OLD!!! read more

I got a pedicure with my friend a few days ago. Both of the nail techs were very rough when it came to using the tools on our cuticles. While both of our toes were sore, one of my friend's toes became infected and the other really red/swollen. We will not be going back. read more

My appointment was at 1. I didn't get seated until 2 for my pedicure. It is like an assembly line. I was supposed to get the deluxe pedicure and my calluses removed but he barely ran a buffer over the edges of my feet. The girl who polished them put the base coat on in 10 secs and didn't even cover my entire nail. She waited zero time in between each layer of polish and the top coat. I know it's not going to dry well and probably won't last long. Very disappointed Def won't be back read more

Since the change of ownership the salon isn't what it use to be. I recently went in to get a manicure and pedicure, I had to ask repeatedly for my nails to be filed straight, the cuticles cut, etc. They gave me a pair of cuticle clippers to do my own (thank you for handing me the clippers however what am I paying them for???) My toenails were cut down to the quick...grrrrrrrr and ouch! When I got home, I had to clean up polish around my nails and toes and paint the sides of the nails that they didn't. Thank goodness I took my own nail polish with me so that I was able to have the same color. So after a two hour $45 mani/pedi, I had to do some of the work myself at the salon and when I got home. I will not be spending my hard earned money here again. read more

Had an appt and then waited with our feet in cold water for 20 minutes. When techs came to wait on us they did a halfway job and about halfway thru they just got up and left us. After I asked if anyone was coming back a totally different person quickly painted my toes while my friend continued to sit alone waiting for his person to finish. That never happened. I have had unfortunate experiences with other nail salons but I've been using Amy at Chi Nails for over a year now and I'm more than satisfied. I have acrylic nails and occasionally I have gone over three weeks without a refill. Even though the nails (of course) grew out, they never lifted and I've had no problems with them. Amy keeps up with the latest trends, she offers a variety of options and she does a fabulous job! She knows who I am when I call for an appointment and she always gets me in quickly. I've been here twice for a shellac manicure, and pedicure. My shellac polish both times peeled off my nails. I called to see if they'd fix it, and they agreed. I work an hour away, so weekends are my only time available. I went back the next Saturday, and had the polish re- done as promised, however, their dishonesty was appalling. They then changed their mind, and only offered me $10 off, in stead of just fixing their mess up. I spent $70 ea visit, so a simple $25 repolish was not worth this place being feceicious, by charging me after they promised to fix their inadequate job! I've had shellac Services fir over 10 yrs, and never had a problem. I paid, and will never return. Since this, I've been to a new place, with my Shellac lasting 4 weeks, instead of a few days. This was my first and only visit here. I recieved a gift certificate, thank God because I would be even more upset if I actually had to spend my own money for what I just recieved. These are the worst nails I've ever had in my life. The tech barely used any acrylic so they are super flat and the ends curl up like bananas (because she didn't even glue the tips down correctly)! I thought that maybe they would be ok after she shaped them but they ended up worse! There are spots on my nails that don't even have acrylic on them! They are lumpy and all of them are crooked and pointing different directions! Once it was time for paint, I refused and asked how much for just the way they are. She asked why I didn't want color and I told her that I didn't like them and would be taking them off immediately. She charged $30 & recieved a $20 tip because of the amount of the gift certificate. Now I am off to find acetone to soak these hideous things off! I will NEVER be back and would never recommend this place. read more

We made an appointment and got seated immediately, nice women, though as these 2 women worked many people came in, and then they got up and switched places. They continued to bounce around to all 4 of us. I didn't see her change gloves and I also saw her bringing the buffer around to all of us as well.. that being said, they shaped my nails well, and I would say put forth minimum effort for the art I picked, as she was going as fast as she could to go to all these people and it made me have anxiety for her. All in all- my nails look good. I shaped them up a bit and added a tad more details to my nails and added another topcoat and I'm in love. read more
