He started off by spraying peppermint oil (which I've since found out has zero effect!) and then proceeded to fill in some holes behind the cabinets. He left 2 glue traps and that was it! I've since called out a different company (Evans Pest Control) as we still saw mouse activity. They laughed when I told them about the peppermint and did a much more thorough job - putting down multiple traps and bait stations and filling the remainder of the holes. They will even do a follow-up in 2 weeks to check the traps and set more if needed. They even out traps and bait in the crawl space in case of mouse activity there. So if you are serious about resolving a mouse problem save your time, money and sanity and skip Baxter

It was a horrible experience and they did nothing to rid the home of the bugs my son inadvertently bought home with him. NOTHING.
