The first day of painting my heater wasn't working (it's the middle of January) and the guys didn't complain once about it being cold. I do not like doing negative reviews but I feel like I should do this here. I scheduled an in-home estimate on June 15th at 2pm. No one showed up. I texted at 3pm asking what was going on as I have other business to attend to. I got no response. June 19th, I got a call at 7am in the morning, no message left, no text. How are you going to call 4 days later at 7am and not leave a message, nor send a text after I asked for a simple follow up for the scheduled estimate on the 15th? Why call at 7am, not leave a message or text me with a simple, "sorry, something came up, I am looking to reschedule here". In this modern age, we talked via Yelp, as well as text, you set up a time, you never showed up, you left me in a lurch for 4 days and then you call me at 7am 4 days after and expect me to chase you to do what you promised on the 15th?
