My daughter has been going to this school for 6-7 months now. She had been in a different daycare…read morepreviously but was constantly getting sick and I felt there was other issues there as well so I took her out and had her at home for awhile before finding Kindercare. It has been a completely different experience at Kindercare. The teachers and administrators are sweet and caring. The rooms are kept clean, even the changing table have paper sheets like at the doctors office so they can make sure they are clean for each kid. They are constantly practicing hand washing. I know it is normal for kids to get sick some when they first start going to daycare and my daughter has occasionally been sick but it is less frequent than it was before. And there have been times other kids in the class have been diagnosed with the flu but my child and the others did not get it so to me that shows they are doing an excellent job at cleaning and preventing the spread. The teachers are in the class room constantly supervising the kids so my daughter has had less injuries and accidents than she had at the previous daycare as well. They have been working on potty training with her now and they go out of their way to work together with us. I was worried when she first started potty training about sending her to school in panties because I didn't want to make more work for them if she had accidents and they reassured me that they wanted to help and were glad to do whatever it takes to get her potty trained. They feed the kids healthy meals and snacks, not the typical school food, they eat yogurt and fruit and..something I didn't even know my daughter liked..hummus and pita. The craft projects that they do are so cute as well. I would highly recommend this daycare and when I need to send her little brother we will be sending him here as well

Each of the teachers have taken an interest in my child and truly care about her. The director is approachable and takes time to listen to my concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner. They check ids and who is on the actually pick up list if you need to have someone pick up. No one can just wander in the building. They also provide lunches here so she actually eats her lunch and enjoys eating what everyone else is eating (healthy!). She not comparing or not wanting her food if someone else has something different. During this pandemic, they put in place over the top procedures.. to make sure the kids that needed the care during this time were safe and it has been!! They pay attention to all the small things! Communication is excellent. I know what she learns every week, how she is doing, whats happening at the school, etc. The teachers and the staff are all wonderful. Our daughter loves it here. The environment is very welcoming and child-centered, with frequent updates posts on the app for parents to feel informed about their children's day. I feel like the teachers do a great job at preparing the students for pre-k / vpk and kindergarten, and that it's worth the price of tuition.
