They were absolutely wonderful; a little pricey but honestly in comparison to other hair salons in the whole Miami-Dade area, they were slightly cheaper. I returned to this Salon due to the great experience that we had in the past with Orlando, I knew that the Stylist can be good, but the time of the clients is important and need to be respect , in that way you respect your job: - for me it is unresentful during the hours of job more than one employee doing their hair, Low class(remember) I feel really disappointed with today's experience. Talk about a fresh cut! Orlando's Salon is a relatively new business in Doral, hence the few reviews it has. But I won't be surprised if business picks up quickly due to the quality of their service and skill. As soon as I walked in, the receptionist and other stylists greeted me warmly. After the lady washed my hair, she offered me coffee. Brownie points already. I originally wanted to get a haircut from the owner, Orlando because my mom and sister said good things about him. He was already cutting someone else's hair, so another stylist helped me out. Dolfin (I think that's how you spell his name? lol) was awesome. He guaranteed the best haircut I had since I drove all the way from Broward. I showed him a picture of what I wanted, and he did even better than the picture. The pricing is also very reasonable. $30 for a men's haircut. And a 10% discount for your first visit! I'm definitely going to be a regular here~ read more

Took my mom for a haircut and she came out completely disappointed. She showed Marvin a photo of what she wanted but did not do what was there, but went a different route. Said this cut was better. Horrified. Looks like it was cut with a machete. Front part of my hair has two long strands of hair that doesn't connect with the rest of the hair. Parece corte de barrio. Absolutely appalling experience. I came for an acrylic manicure, my appointment took over three hours. The nail tech glued on 4 nails crooked and had to start over. Talked on her phone multiple times. Complained to me about being hungry and missing her lunch. Her name was Luzenny. I spoke to the owner about being unhappy with my experience, he said he was going to talk to her. I questioned what my compensation was going to be. The receptionist came back with a note listing a manicure/pedicure combo. When I stated that I did not receive a pedicure she blew up and yelled " FINE! It's free then!" I had a mani/pedi with Mayra and have found the best nail tech in the neighborhood. There's a reason why so many reviews for this salon mention her. She's not only good at what she does she's pleasant and gentle. I waited for about 10 minutes past my appointment time but considering I was offered coffee/tea/water it's totally cool.
