Don't waste your time or money with these folks. Here's what happened to me…read more I took my car to Sam's last month for an electrical problem I was having. I told them just to diagnose the problem. The charge for that is $50. They told me I needed to replace a certain electrical part. This part cost over $300 at the dealer, so I went to the junkyard to get a used one. Well, after I put in the used part, the car was still having the same exact problem! I then had my neighbor help me & he discovered that the problem was a bad ground wire. Cost to fix: about $5. I went back to Pat (the owner I believe) and told him what happened. His reply? Basically it was "Well, we put the time in, so I'm not giving you a refund". Even though his diagnosis was incorrect & cost me nearly $100 ($50 for the "diagnosis" plus the used part that I couldn't return for a refund since its electrical).!!!! Unbelievable. Be warned if you have any electrical issues with your car; this is one place I would avoid.
