We are back on the regular schedule now, but requested a full premium cleaning which includes a lot of the detail cleaning I haven't focused on (baseboards, dusting, windows, etc.). The crew of four worked very efficiently and were thorough in all the spots. My husband and I are still working from home, so we moved around when they had to come into our office spaces, no problem. Very communicative and flexible. Masks and booties were worn as well. FYI if you are a regular customer, they leave a basket of towels and certain cleaning tools (brushes, sponges) at your place which is great.

Their service is consistently excellent. They get every crumb, leaf & sticky spot out of every corner of every room in our home. While the service is not cheap it seems to be the going rate in this area, and I have no regrets about paying for the service. The owner has not raised the rates on us since we started a year ago. Timing. The cleaning team is very reliable - they've never canceled on me. There have been times when they've needed to change the time frame on a particular day, but that was communicated to me as soon as the need to adjust was known. Today was my first cleaning with Exclusive and I am beyond impressed. The team arrived on time, was courteous, professional, positive, and incredibly thorough. My home is absolutely spotless and smells amazing. Every room received attention to detail that I haven't seen in a long time. The office staff was also wonderful--friendly, informative, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. To top it all off, the pricing was surprisingly reasonable for the level of service provided. It is rare these days to find a company that exceeds expectations, but Exclusive certainly did.
