They change for flight dates without notice and over charge. My elderly parents went to their agency for help as I was out of state and unable to help them myself, but help is not what they received. They are rude and talk over you while trying to ask a question. I would not recommend and deginrtly never using their service ever again.

Previously I called and spoke to Mario, and gave him specific flights I needed, I went in and paid for them, and days later I noticed that the days were completely different which explained why he offered me a cheaper price than what I had seen on the airline page previously. I had decided to call them and purchase the tickets instead of going through their page because I wanted to make sure everything was right. I called him and he was able to refund me part of the money, since it was his mistake but apparently I need to cover $100 per ticket ($300) which is their fee for the mistake unless they approve a waiver, which it's been a couple of weeks and they still haven't approved. Think it's pretty unfair of his part if I called him with SPECIFIC DAYS and TIMES! And after repeating that specific information continuously, he still managed to book the wrong flights. And he still tells me I'm lucky they refunded me the tickets. I only needed a refund because of his mistake. Will no longer be doing business with them.

Very good and friendly service…read more The office is on a very busy street and sometimes it's difficult finding a parking spot. The office is right next to a huge park so you may be able to use their parking. I got help there with planning a Cancun vacation. You can go to sites like travelocity but sometimes it's nice to be able to talk to a person. The young lady that works there is cute too :-).
