However, today when one of my employee went in to get finger printed, the lady who was supposed to help her was being rude. I understand that my employee left her form but she was telling the lady that my agency can email it now as she was on the phone with us but the lady keeps pushing her away and was giving her and attitude. Normally you have a form that the employees can fill out but she wasn't even given that option. My employee is an elder as she is 65 years old and she even apologized that she missed the form but RESPECT would be greatly appreciated.
