Who wonderful place they were kind very welcoming very very fast. I went to get a wheel alignment and I was told that it would take two hours and within 30 to 40 minutes they were done and my car drives so much better I swear I felt like I was driving a new car on my way back home. I have been here a few times. One of my tires was losing tread and rattling on the road so I went at the worst time possible, 1 PM. I have literally thought I was gonna have to come back because there were so many people and cars in front of the shop. However, the guy waved me over and told me to park on the street And him and a colleague had my two tires changed within 15 minutes. I will have to go back for an alignment because of time restrictions today. But this place is consistently awesome, good friend of mine also goes here. They get it done. No up selling. I purchased Michelin high performance tires for my Toyota Camry XLE in July, 2018. Orozco Tires did an excellent job for a terrific price. The alignment job was excellent. Today on February 4, 2026, I returned to Orozco Tires to get these tires rotated and to get another alignment. In the first place, Victor offered the rotation free of charge for the life of the tires. The charge for the alignment was reasonable. The tires feel wonderful, the alignment feels great, and I was encouraged to return for another free tire rotation. This is not a "touch-feely" shop but they do excellent work for a reasonable price and they use quality inventory. I highly recommend them. I work in Berkeley and had a nail in my tire.i called Don's tires shop who is near my work, I told them I needed a patch and they told me come tomorrow at 9am, before thanking and ending call, the guy blurted out "Go to Orozcos Tires at this address. I headed directly hoping yhey could help me. When I arrived there was no one there so the giy who was seated motioning me to pull the car all the way in. I told him what I needed (I knew I needed to replace my 2 front tires which 1 had the nail) after his tech examinen the tires and thread, it was best to get a deal on a set. They were friendly, didnt upsell me and overall was a great experience. They told me to come in a couple of hours, when I arrived close to 5pm the place was packed. They removed the tire from the rim, sprayed it with soapy water and pressure tested it. They told me the tire was fine and put back on the car and said I was good to go. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY PLACE Please get your tires elsewhere. I have been here a few times. The employees are nasty, menacing jerks. On one occasion, I was waiting for another car to pull out so I could drive my car into this tiny place. An employee, who looked like he hadn't bathed in weeks, came up to my driver's side window and stared at me hard in the eyes. He screamed at me "Go drive around the block!" I was simply waiting to pull into the shop. Another time I was waiting to pull into the shop when another employee screamed at me "You're blocking traffic!". there was no traffic and the road behind me was empty. What a way to treat someone who was trying to give them your business. The owner is no better. A huge, gruff guy who acts like he couldn't care less if you bring him your business or not. All the positive reviews are right. This place is great. Needed 4 new tires for my Mazda 3 - two other places quoted me around $900. I explained that I only drive about 6K miles a year, and asked if there were cheaper options but no dice with these other places. Then saw the great reviews for Orozco's and called them up. He was honest with me and said that for my mileage, I'd be fine with cheaper tires, $125 each. I roll in there on a Sunday (!), and in 15 minutes, I'm out with four new tires that suit my purposes for $500 total. Plus free rotation and flats for the life of the tires. They gave us a quote on the phone and fit us in immediately when we arrived. They had the stock needed to replace all 4 tires (our request, not an upsell from them) and we didn't even have to get out of the car! I highly recommend this family owned shop. I was in town to move my daughter to a new condo and I realized we needed tires on Sunday of 4th of July weekend. I called them up and asked how long it would take for 4 tires and they said 30 minutes. We arrived and they got us right in. Suggested a few different tire options which was great. As the guys removed the tires I noticed the back brake pads were worn. I asked if they knew a good local shop.....to my surprise they said if you walk down the street to the auto shop and buy the pads they would install them right away. I know putting pads on is very easy but for them to offer to do it was awesome. They have been in business for 17 years and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tires. Had a flat (flattening?) tire and was hoping for a repair, so I called Orozco's. They said to bring it on by, no appointment necessary. They got me in immediately. Then I saw a sign that said 'cash only' and started to panic. One of the gentlemen told me that there was a bank just a block away, so I walked over. By the time I returned, the job was done. $30 for the repair, which seemed reasonable. As I was paying, I noted that the 'cash only' sign said for 'used tires' and something else. So I don't know if I actually had to pay cash. But I was glad to get it done so quickly. I'd come here again for future service. read more

Got my tires rotated and balanced. Two guys did it in less than 15 minutes. They checked my tire pressure but didn't bother with the spare tire which I specifically asked them to check at the beginning. When I inquired again about the spare tire, the older guy grumbled under his breath and waved his hand at me like "go away." Finally the younger guy came and checked the tire pressure on the spare tire. Of course, the spare tire was under inflated. After the spare tire incident I wonder if they rotated and balanced my tires correctly? read more
