They even finished the job a day early, so when every other company has negative reviews about delays and hiccups. You have nothing to worry about with Ace crown. The before and after photos we have speak for themselves, can't believe just how many stucco patches were achieved and are blended into the existing work, and completely vanished once the final paint was on. Communication and quote started out great with Dane but the workmanship was lazy and as you can see in the photo did not last at all. I am assuming they only put 2 coats of finish on and didn't prep correctly since all of the finish has already released after only 4 short months. When his team was "complete" I could tell they did not do the job I expected. I asked them to come back out and place one more coat on....which they did but didn't make much difference. I have since refinished myself after spending over $2k for their crappy work. It looks great now.....after a real complete strip and 4 coats of the finish I originally asked for. My advice is do it yourself or go elsewhere.

I scheduled the painting and Nacho and his helper were right on time. They came all week and did all the prep work and took the cabinet doors to the shop. They did an excellent job and I was impressed with how smoothly it went. I love the way it turned out. It is beautiful and the quality is awesome. Compared to the other bids I receive it was an excellent value. I have already referred 3 friends to John's and I would use them again for any painting need I may have.

It's up on the second story and was an expensive outdoor/marine rated TV. I elected NOT to have it taken off before painting because I was afraid it would be broken. I felt that workers working around it with paintbrushes (it was covered with plastic) were less likely to damage it. But at the end of the day the screen was broken and I have had no one else working in my backyard that could have broken it. Maybe a ladder or a guy falling into it. I discovered it was broken about 10 days after the painters left. When I mentioned it to the owner, he denied it was his guys. If this was a regular TV, I would probably let it go. But this was a specialty TV. I asked for his insurance company so I could file a claim and he never sent it. It's obvious, once I paid, he just doesn't care. Additionally, everything he removed from under a covered deck....a set of weights, a weight bench, exercise trampoline etc., he left rusting in the bushes and never put it back after he painted. I called to ask him about it and he has still never put them back. I'm big on reviews as I use them to pick those who work in and on my house. Because he doesn't have the character to pay for things that he broke and he doesn't value things that I own by putting them in the bushes instead of moving them somewhere under a tarp and then putting them back....I cannot recommend this company. I will be putting this review in google and other sites. I will also be filing a small claims against him.

Based on that experience, we brought them back to paint the front wall of the house where fresh stucco and a window repair had been completed, an inset section of the side wall, and our Tuff Shed in its entirety. Our painter, German, did a fantastic job from start to finish. He is a true professional in every sense. He was clean and neat, protected the surrounding areas, communicated clearly throughout the project, and delivered superb quality work on every surface he touched. Where things fell short was communication and delivery...especially disappointing as this was our first time shopping here. When we placed our order, we specifically asked if the product was in stock and were told that it was. After we paid and left, we received a call saying the product was actually not in stock and would take about a week. Frustrating, but what made it worse was the response we got when we followed up. We spoke with Glenn and explained that had we known, we might have gone elsewhere. His response was essentially that we were free to do so. Having worked in customer service for over 10 years, I found that surprising and disappointing...there was no effort to retain our business or make things right. We decided to continue with the order since we had already paid. Fast forward about two weeks, and we hadn't received any updates. I called to check in and was told the shipment was still in transit and might arrive by the end of the day. I asked to speak with a manager, and Glenn called me back. To his credit, he acknowledged the earlier interaction and apologized for the delay, but there was still a lack of proactive communication or effort to improve the experience...especially considering we had already, made multiple trips for payment and a partial pickup. Ironically, I received a call just before closing that the rest of the shipment had arrived and would be ready for pickup the next day...but only after I had reached out first. I would still recommend this place for the showroom, selection, and the help we received from Polina. Just be aware that the follow-through and communication may not match that initial experience.
