I have been in this shopping plaza many times however never realized there is a mattress store here next to Ross and Home Depot. We compared prices at JcPenney's, Macy's and Sears before stopping by this store. We were pleasantly surprised not only by the terrific selection and prices (which beat out all the other stores) but the customer service as well. As others have mentioned, we had Yolanda help us pick out the perfect king sized bed. We ended up with the Stearns and Foster hybrid. It appears all stores carry the same mattress but some are under different names depending on store. Many years ago while in college I sold mattresses. Stearns and Foster was the way to go and it appears that it still is the top of the line. It was refreshing to speak to a salesperson who knew the history of the product, could speak to us in an engaging fashion and helpful in every way. (unlike all the other local stores we visited) We purchased the mattress set and even upgraded based on the information Yolanda gave us! I hope the manager of this store recognizes that professional sales people like Yolanda are incredibly hard to come by. My matress is hell. bought it and as soon as we got it home it was uneven and I've been falling off ever since I made complaints but they said it might be my fault or the gel is sifted they wanted to send someone out after a time but I'd have to have them out in my bedroom which I am not wanting they have really bad service and blame you and I'm pretty sure this bed was used before never buy from them again 900 down the drain I'm so uncomfortable I hate it my scoliosis is getting worse read more

Thank you so much Emmanuel. We love our mattress. Just got our mattress delivered and it's amazing. I have a really bad back from a terrible car accident, and I needed something that's going to give me relief from any back strain I have during the day. Emmanuel is exactly the type of help when you walk into a store. No pressure. He makes himself available but isn't breathing down your stiff neck. Really took his time answering any and all questions my wife and I had. He told us about some specials and went so far as to let us know that the sale was going on for a few days. That already alleviated any pressure because we knew he wasn't going in for the close. He had that intuition on when to step away so we can test out the mattress. The kicker is we weren't even looking for a mattress. We were waiting for some family that was near by and just had some time to kill. Came here several months ago to purchase a new mattress because the one I currently had was quite old and not nearly as firm. When my husband and I came in here, we were warmly greeted by the only sales rep in the store (unfortunately I had forgotten her name now... but I think it may be Susan). This sales rep was very friendly and quite honest. She actually made us feel welcomed and we never felt pressured to purchase anything. We also greatly appreciated her honestly about each of the mattresses we tried. (there are many brands to try with different degrees of firmness and softness) We never felt like she was trying to make a sale since I am pretty sure she probably would get commission off every sale she makes. I wanted something that was quite firm because it is just better for my back. I never like sleeping on an overly soft mattress, especially the ones at hotels that I have stayed in before. The sales rep that helped us actually gave us an extra discount since we were getting along so well. She even threw in free local delivery. We also purchased the last floor model of a mattress frame. Two days later (on a Saturday), we got our mattress delivered and our old mattress taken away. Our mattress frame we purchased also came just perfectly without any scratches. We got a great deal on the mattress we wanted and received fantastic service. Would recommend this place to anyone who needs another mattress. Oh and by the way, this place is located in the same plaza as Home Depot and right next to the David's Bridal. There is plenty of parking in the lot. read more

I bought my first mattress here and I'm so glad that I did. Emmanuel did an excellent job showing me through the floor and the customer service was amazing. I was really picky in my choice, mulling over my decision the entire day, and when Emmanuel wasn't around, Yolanda was amazing filling in. They call you the day before with a 4 hr window, but will only deliver to my area between 5-9pm. I explained with little kids, nighttime is quiet here and that would be too distracting and make bedtime harder than it is with 3 yr old twins. Second delivery day is the same, only evening. Well they exchanged my Eastern Mattress for the Cal King mattress and it's not the same mattress. The Eastern was very comfortable but was too short that's why I wanted to exchange it. But now sleeping on the Cal king mattress hit hurts my back it's too firm and they are saying they can't do anything about it. I understand that they did an exchange for me already but I did not want a different mattress. Very disappointed in this purchase. I might have to buy another mattress because I cannot sleep on this one. read more

My husband and I have three boys and often find it very difficult to do anything with all of them together; they had free roam of this place and were allowed to have fun while my husband and I shopped for a new bed. Looking forward of taking delivery of our new mattress!! Emmanuel was very patient with my wife and I as we tried several beds over and over and over. In the end we went with the Dr Preferred mattress. Update: after going to the store on Monday evening and finalizing the paperwork, we were told that the delivery company would call the next day, Tuesday, for a delivery time on Tuesday. Now we are being told delivery date will be on Wednesday. Most would say whats the big deal, whats one more day. Well Othro shouldn't say something if its not going to follow through. Ortho should have said it would probably delivery on Wednesday. Not happy with them! Update #2: on Tuesday around midday I got a call from Ortho and apparently they read Yelp reviews. They apologized and made things right by finding a way to get the mattress set delivered by 7pm on Tuesday!!! Wow, I am impressed with them!!! I should also add that Emmanuel was phenomenal on Monday evening by trying to find us additional deals! He did not try to push the high end mattresses on us, he gave us time to try as many mattresses as we wanted with no pressure. He even helped entertained my toddler son with a balloon, which was a big help. The mattress was delivered the next day, and my wife is happy with it. Be wary of the delivery men, who are separate from the store. They may ask for tip or say no to how you want your mattresses moved/disposed. If any issues, contact the mattress store before the delivery men do anything and they will sort it out. read more
