The best part is the cost is no more than another Chiropractors but I find they really do more to help you heal faster. This office has such a caring staff too. I highly recommend this office. It starts with the front desk. A tech named Jen did the pre-doctor stuff like light massage and then takes notes before the doctor came in to perform adjustments to my spine which corrected my alignment problems, which eased my pain. When the adjustment was over, I loved using the roller table. Sometimes I used the muscle stimulation, and/or had laser therapy. They treated problems involving my muscles, tendons, ligaments, bones, cartilage and nervous system.

I know the office deals with a high patent volume, but that doesn't give them the right to have less patent care. They need to be trained on customer service and patent care. They take things to personal when you correct them on mistakes they have caused. Refusing to return calls and helping you handle any issues that you are experiencing. I hope Dr. Patterson doesn't know how staff treats his patients and if he does he needs to address the problems.
