These three people are so compassionate, empathetic, knowledgeable, intuitive, and genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Beau is definitely a genius when it comes to cosmetic dentistry and porcelain veneers. I spent countless hours researching cosmetic dentists to find the perfect dentist to fix the porcelain veneers I had done by another dentist, only six months before. Not only were my porcelain veneers, (done by another "cosmetic dentist") chip, brake, crack, had multilayered discoloration, were bulky, dense, and bulbous, they also crated, my controlled mild TMJ, to be extremely symptomatic. The porcelain veneers I had were so troublesome, that when I would bite and chew, my bottom jaw would literally shift to the right, intensifying the TMJ problem. With all these negative issues I was experiencing, my endless search ended with Da Vinci Dental and Dr. Beau. During my consultation, Dr. Beau spent so much time explaining the E-Max porcelain veneers he uses and why he uses E-Max vs the multilayered powder material that I had. He further discussed the entire fabrication process, the shaping and contouring he does specifically geared towards the patient's individuality, and why he spends an enormous amount of time perfecting the bite pattern, because he understands how critical it is to have the ideal bite. After our consultation, I knew, FOR A FACT, Dr. Beau was going to remove my crummy porcelain veneers (that I was ashamed of) and apply E-Max veneers that would make my smile beautiful, something that would regain my confidence. He did just that, my smile is radiant, my veneers perfectly compliment my face, but most of all, he corrected my bite pattern and now my TMJ problems, have drastically declined. Dr. Andrew is wonderful at applying the final E-Max porcelain veneers. He is so gentle, and kind, and always checks in with you to make sure you're doing okay during the process. He does not want the application to be uncomfortable and painful. Believe me, that's fantastic, because with my past experience, the dentist basically tortured me and I was in so much pain, even causing bruising, due to the roughness. They made Hawley retainer for me during the recent visits. When I first tried them on, I felt something is not right. It was way too tight but Dr. Sung mentioned it is because my teeth moved during the three weeks while the retainers were being made. (I followed his recommendation to wear my old retainers during those time, but I was still blamed for the very tight fit.) Something might have gone wrong while taking the impression since gum part was not even fitting, but all the blames were on me. I could not take out the retainer that night and had to really force it out the next day. I requested for the adjustment and he adjusted it for me by grinding acrylic part, which made it a bit easier to take it on and off, but I really felt something was not right, as it was shaking all my teeth and metal part was not in between the teeth, and acrylic did not fit the shape of my teeth. He told me I will get used to it, and said some people don't raise any issue and wear the ones that were given and I am being sensitive. He even told me maybe the lack of nutrition due to pregnancy is making me sensitive. I felt he was blaming everything possible on me, but I trusted it will maybe fit better as I wear them and be ok, so I wore the retainer for a week. It still didn't feel right and my teeth hurt much more and more as I wore it, instead of getting used to them. I got it checked by my dentist (not Dr. Sung) during the regular check-up. I was told the retainer is not made correctly. All the concerns I raised to Dr. Sung that he said were all good turned out to be the right concerns since they were all faulty and I was told the retainers were obviously not made correctly. My dentist told me it will harm my teeth and it is not doing any function for retaining teeth, so I should not wear them. Adjusting it further will not fix the retainers. Things can go wrong and I understand. But, my interaction with Dr. Sung was not pleasant at all. The retainers which he said he would give the score of 100/100, turns out to be just faulty and I felt my concerns were not really heard as everything possible were blamed on me. I felt I wasted my time and money.

This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any business type. They will do the…read moresame bracket over and over expecting a different result, the workers would rather talk to each other than focus on working on your mouth (I've been stabbed in the gums by two different people because they felt they needed to look up and talk while working). Also, the front office and the actual workers don't communicate. One side tells me to come in for original appointments after needing a fix and then the other cancels appointment after I had to take time off work to come in. The office doesn't explain why they keep doing the same brackets over and over even when I questioned them saying my teeth are hitting the brackets, they said it was fine and it wasn't as it broke repeatedly. I was never presented with different options and when I asked about transferring my treatment, they first lead with I would owe them the full amount for treatment (bullying), and then the next time I was in the office, they tried gaslighting me that I was bullying them. Please disregard their reply as it's just them saving face.

He took my braces off to soon as my teeth were not straight, they still have a V affect to them. He stated since the inside was round then they were straight. Fast forward a few years and I need a new top retainer. (mine is lost, yes my own fault). I called and Libby said they would need to take another impression. What good would a new impression do? If my teeth have moved the whole point of a retainer is to move them back, not pay all the money I did for a partial straightening of the teeth and then pay another retainer fee of $210 to keep my teeth even more crooked. My teeth have not moved enough that the old retainer would not fit. Of course her first offer was to explore other options. Of course it is, because they are in the business to make money, not help with your teeth. My sons orthodontist gave him the mold incase he was to loose his retainer a new one could be made. Dr. Wong wants you to pay for a new service option. Too bad they didn't tell me the truth when I had my braces taken off. They tell you, if you loose your retainer or it breaks, give us a call and we will make a new one! Poor Service and super sneaky.
