Every person working here is seriously awesome. Our whole family has received Orthodonic work over the last couple of years so I feel 100% confident with this claim. From the people at the front desk to the billing department, the assistants and two Doctors, everyone goes above and beyond with kindness and compassion. The assistant who put my daughter's braces on yesterday was fantastic! She did a great job, despite my other daughter being all up in there, asking questions and observing. She was patient and kind, explaining things to both the girls while she worked. Another assistant walked by and recognized my other daughter from her office visit about a week ago, she called her by name and was chatting with her for a minute. First off, I want to thank Dr. John Childs for recommending Orthodontic Partners. I am in my fifties. The thought of getting Invisalign seemed kind of silly. I met with Jessica Coltra, treatment coordinator, and she went over options. If you have been hesitant because of the cost, you do not have to worry. Orthodontic Partners has amazing finance options that make it a "no brainer." They even have a full payment option! Orthodontic Partners has four locations. The office staff will ensure that you are seen at the location that best suites your needs. When calling the office, the staff is professional and makes scheduling easy. Drs. Bruntz and Walton created a gorgeous smile. They are caring, friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant. They are the 1 percent provider in the nation for Invisalign. You know you are getting the very best. Yes, there were some changes to my habits but it was to achieve a healthy bite and a radiant smile. The Dr and dentist assistant deserve 5 stars!! However the finance department Tracy and Tricia were both unprofessional and disrespectful staff I have ever dealt with. I paid over $5,000 upfront for invisaligners and they were to bill my insurance $950 but instead billed $500 in 2023 then another $500 recently (when they should only be requesting $450) this year which was 1 month shy from when I lost my job along with my insurance. Mind you I was under the impression my insurance had already paid in full in 2023. I had recently lost my job and have been actively looking daily in this economy has been extremely difficult as I have never been out of work this long. I spoke with 2 really nice ladies from the dental insurance who encourage me to fill out a grievance complaint in hope to get some help considering my current situation. After I explain that to Tracy, she had the audacity to tell me that the grievance complaint will not help me and that I was wasting my time. She cut me off multiple times and even tried to claimed I was lying about the conversation I had with my insurance company on the previous day as they seem to blame each other on why this was bill was split into 2 years rather than all at once considering I am almost done with the invisaligners. When others are struggling please be kind and understanding rather than disrespectful and unprofessional cause it could happened to you Tricia/Tracy. My daughter had an underbite and a large gap between her two front teeth. We did consultations with another orthodontist recommended by our pediatric dentist, but were far more comfortable with the process that Dr Bruntz and Dr Walton laid out. Her bite and spacing were corrected with very little intervention (compared to what the other orthodontist office suggested). We were so pleased with the entire process and the outcome! The dr's and staff are wonderful and my daughter was never nervous to go in and get checked. After getting my daughter's teeth fixed I decided to fix my own. I got Invisalign to correct a crooked tooth that has bothered me for years, and I am so happy with my smile now. We have had a great experience with Orthodontic Partners. My son had to get braces. They explained everything to me and my son, answered questions, gave us options and worked out a payment plan for us. My son got to pick his own colors each time and he loved that! I am so happy I brought my daughter to see Dr. Bruntz at Orthodontic Partners! Shannon at the front desk is always so kind and Sheryl who saw us for the consult appt was also so nice. Then we had Caitlyn as the ortho assistant for getting my daughters Invisalign started and she was amazing. My daughter is 8 so she did so well explaining everything to her from start to finish and made her very comfortable. It's obvious this team and Doctor truly cares about their patients which I love. Dr. Bruntz did an immaculate job with my Invisalign. I had to be one of the pickier patients, but I learned through the process that Dr. Bruntz was even more of a perfectionist than me. Not only was he determined to correct my teeth until I was absolutely satisfied, he introduced ideas such as re-shaping some of my teeth in order to have perfect symmetry. So far, not impressed. My two children began treatment here, this past October. My son's retainer has broken, twice, and when we called to get an appointment to see what is wrong, we were pushed almost a month out. That's a month without his retainer in. When we went in for a fix they just clipped off the broken part and said he was good to go. It has now broken a second time, and we will all have to scramble to meet their schedules, once again. Debating walking away and starting over somewhere else, but I'm sure we're bound to some contract. Billing department has also messed up my request for auto payments to my credit card. I suggest that new patients look elsewhere. read more

They were pretty good when I started my treatment there. I felt comfortable but my last visit they got pretty mad at me because my teeth were not moving fast enough with my rubber bands. I understand it is frustrating but I'm a person too , life gets in the way sometimes and I'm sorry about that but I'm paying you to treat my braces , don't act like youre being forced or held against your will to do these things. Rude, arrogant, and a waste of my money. All I needed was a replacement retainer. I am from another city and have had about 15 years of orthodontic, dental, and oral surgical work done, out of which came a perfect smile. I have worn my retainer every day since my braces came off 6 years ago. My dog ate it. I was referred to this orthodontist to make a replacement for me. I met with Dr. Corbridge at the Double R location, who was very kind, caring, and seemed to have my best interest at heart. I told him how much my oral health and aesthetic mean to me and he assured me that we'd get a new retainer made and fit properly. Upon pickup at the Moana location, I had the misfortune of meeting with a rude lady and Dr. Lohse. The lady who went and got my retainer came back with it, handed it to me, thanked me and said goodbye. I stopped her, saying I wanted to make sure it fit properly. I put it in, and it did not fit as it should have. She asked me what about it wasn't right, I told her that the plastic was MUCH thicker than the last one I had done and that it wasn't comfortable for my TMJ, as it made my jaw misaligned when my mouth was closed. When I told her that, she replied with, "Well why does it matter? You're asleep, your mouth is closed, it's not like you're talking, it shouldn't matter." Anyone who knows anything about TMJ would send her back to training. After her comment I requested that I see the orthodontist about it. It took another 25 minutes to get him to come over (I had an appointment, too). He treated me like I was an annoyance, not worth talking to. I explained how it wasn't comfortable and how Dr. Corbridge said he would have adjusted it in whatever way needed to be done. He said there was nothing he could do. I asked if I had wasted my money, because I can't wear a retainer that doesn't fit. He told me I was out of luck and suggested I spend ANOTHER $200 on a second try! I suggested that he put it in my mouth, see where the issue is, and take 5 minutes to TRY and fix it. He huffed at me and said it will probably ruin the retainer, blah blah blah. I commented that it didn't seem to matter, since he'd force me to buy a new one anyway. He shrugged, huffed at me AGAIN, cut off the back teeth on the retainer, put it back in my mouth, and Ta-Dah! It fit fine. Dr Lohse is incompetent, rude, and arrogant. I thanked them for their time and left. Maybe because I didn't spend thousands on THEIR braces, head gear, etc. I am not important enough for their time. If this is how they treat customers who just need replacement devices, perhaps they shouldn't offer that service. All I know is that I interact with LOTS of parents, children, and families, and I will tell all my friends, family members, and clients how terrible this doctor is. I've been to 2 oral surgeons, a periodontist, orthodontist, and several dentists. Anyone has had as much dental experience as I have in the past 15 years knows how they should be treated. Orthodontists, which are some of the biggest perfectionists I've ever met, take pride in their work and pleasing their clients and potential clients. This doctor is the opposite. Dr. Lohse obviously doesn't care about his reputation or the reputation of the partners at the practice. I will be sending the people I know away from this orthodontic practice, all of them, even though Dr. Corbridge was friendly and knowledgeable. I don't want anyone to have to accidentally see Dr. Lohse if Corbridge is not around. read more

We took our youngest child into this practice today after being referred by our family dentist. I have previously worked in the Dental field and found this office to be wonderful for children and the staff to be very friendly, caring and considerate. Orthodontics are very expensive and I feel bad for the other reviewer as it sounds like he experienced quite a bit of hardship. I myself am also concerned about the potential for issues with payment should we run into a financial budget problem and I think it's probably a good idea to discuss possible scenarios with the office staff before we agree to the contracted treatment plan. Also in considering possible problems, I may actually set up a reserve account and keep a few months worth of payments put away in that account to prevent defaulting before we start treatment and adhere to a payment schedule. It is a shame that more Insurance companies don't cover very much with regard to Orthodontics as it will definitely put some financial strain on our household, but thus far I find this practice to be above and beyond in terms of the treatment my child has received to date and how the staff communicated with my son and myself. All in all I found this practice to be wonderful for families and had a very positive experience. I will definitely be taking some financial precautions, but I love how comforting they were to my little one and I was impressed with the orthodontists and front and back office staff. I would definitely recommend them over other practices particularly those who advertise as pediatric orthodontists and actually charge quite a bit more as we did check around some. I can't imagine that other practices although advertising as such are geared more for pediatrics than Orthodontic Partners. They seem to really specialize in Pediatric Orthodontistry and this is apparent from the moment you step in the door. We love Dr. Bruntz and Orthodontic Partners! My daughter is about 6 months into a spacer and we have had nothing but positive experiences with the entire office, from scheduling to actual care. We've had to go in a few times for a fix outside of our normal appointments and were able to get in right away in one of the offices. Orthodontia is expensive, but I like the fact that I got a bit of a break if I paid up front. It seems they really try to work with you. read more

Appointments are a month or more out unless you want your kids missing a bunch of school. Broken bracket? You darn well better plan to pull you kid out of school in order to accommodate their lack of availability. My high schooler gets out at 1130 am every day and they still have no appointments available after that time. Had I known this I would've chosen another orthodontist. read more

I have been going to OP for something like 6 years now and have NEVER had an issue! The doctors are great, the assistants are wonderful and everyone there is so accommodating. I started Invisalign with them about two or three years ago and they were so good at getting my teeth exactly how i wanted them! After having a bad experience with braces on my older child I thoroughly checked out orthodontics in the Reno area when it came time for my youngest to endure the long haul of braces wearing. I wanted to go somewhere that my child felt safe and as comfortable as possible. I wanted somewhere that would patiently answer all my questions and would be as equally patient with my child. She already had a bad experience when she had an appliance put in, I did not want her to fear or dread going for braces. This office was great! The whole staff was friendly and helpful. They made my daughter feel at ease immediately which made me feel at ease! Everything was explained and every question answered with patience and knowledge. I know my daughter doesn't like to return for the braces tightening but she loves the people there! My oldest daughter just finished "Phase 1" treatment with Orthodontic Partners after being referred to the practice by her pediatric dentist. Essentially, my daughter's mouth was much too small for all of her teeth. We either did Phase 1 orthodontic treatment or she'd be faced with 4 permanent teeth extractions when she was fully grown. This was all new to my husband and I and we took the decision very seriously. We wanted to verify that the doctors we selected to do such extensive work on our child was reputable and experienced. Orthodontic Parnters came highly recommended by our pediatric dentist and from friends in the area as well. Orthodontic Partners used a pallet expander on both the top and bottom of her mouth to actually make her mouth larger. Wow! What an incredible difference! I look back at pictures of her before this treatment and her smile was super tiny. Now she has a great smile - and she'll be able to keep all of her teeth! After the pallet expanders came out, Dr. Bruntz fitted her with braces to line up the teeth since they had moved during the expansion process. Now that the braces are off, too, everyone compliments her teeth! Not only that, but Orthodontic Partners made the entire process fun for her. They gave her a choice of colors for the expanders, gave her rainbow rubber bands on the braces and she even earned points to get fun prizes like Yogurt Beach and In-N-Out Burger when she took care of her teeth. She loved the experience and would proudly display her new rubber bands after each appointment. We have another daughter who will be patronizing Orthodontic Partners services soon as well. I will NOT go there for my two other children who will need braces. Mistake picking this place. All about the money and defaulting you. I paid 6K down and my daughter started what I thought was I good practice. Three months later and only owing less than 3% of the total cost my wife was laid off. We tried to make alternate payment plains until my wife got re-employed but no deal. It's all about refunding very little to you so they can make huger profits. At this price combining there poor customer service your better else any where. We got a letter from them stating that they would work with us to provide a payment plan in are troubled times. We call and Tracy says tough Sh__. Either we pay in full (partial of the last 3%) or they will terminate the contract and give partial refund if we we can't pay up in full (+ 20 late fee). Way to work with us. A another money hunger orthodontist. This service is way expensive and NOT worth it. Go to a caring practice and avoid this place. They don't have an option for negative a star. My daughters, all three of them, have been through Orthodontic Partners. I was so pleased with my first daughters experience and how fast she got through the braces process, that I wanted to take my second there. At that time, we had relocated to Carson City and I felt that the drive was well worth it. By the time my second was done, the staff and doctors treated us so nicely and knew us so well I felt that there was no other choice. My youngest daughter had to have 2 phases of treatment for expansion and then braces which turned out to be important for her smile. I was afraid she wouldn't want to keep going to her appointments, but she never complained. She loved the staff and they loved her. With each one of my daughters, it seemed as though there was new technology being used. This was a very kid friendly experience for them. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The doctors were knowledgable and friendly as well. The staff and the decor make it a very fun environment.
