Yesterday, was my first visit with Dr. Sander's and I loved how neat and modern his lobby was designed. Great job guys, it's a beautiful office! I went in to have my permanent retainer re-bonded and it was a short wait before the work commenced. Wanda helped me from start to finish and was the absolute best! The girls at the front desk were very hospitable and their prize wall was pretty impressive. I've never seen anything like it at a Dr's office. I have to say Dr. Sanders and all the staff at Orthodontics Only (especially Diane), are the most friendly, most kind and nice people you'll ever meet. Everyone greets you with a smile and you feel as if you're at home. They even have a "game room" for the kiddos won't be bored while in the waiting room. My treatment is expected to be for 12 months, which is not as bad as I thought it would be : ). Dr. Sanders and his wonderful staff have been great! So I wanted to write an update to further elaborate on my issues with Dr. Sanders. So about three weeks after I wrote my review on Yelp someone from the office, I suspect a manager, contacted me. She informed me that Dr. Sanders had decided that they could provide me with a refund after all. I said thank you very and that I appreciated the effort. I think, from my perspective, I should have received the call from the good doctor himself, not an underling. Nevertheless, knowing human nature as I do I waited a while before writing this update. I am not sure if the refund was sent, because if memory serves correct they said they would send via a check. I also check some of my credit cards as well but t I have received any refund as of yet. I am not sure if the decision to give me a refund was made without knowing that I wrote the Yelp review. Possibly after seeing that I wrote a review and decided not to issue a refund. However, the is more likely that the review prompted a refund. Who knows what happened, I guess I could have called the office but then we fall right back to an issue I have with businesses. Where I find myself using their services and shortly having to follow up with them to make sure they did their job. So I end up working for the very people I hired. I should have received a follow-up call from them asking if I received the check or whatnot. To be fair it is my understanding that the office is currently moving to a new location so things could have fallen through the cracks. Nevertheless, one should mind the store if one wants to stay in business. This is just my two cents for a place that charges great deal money, clearly from the fact they are moving to a better facility I suspect but gave me subpar service and substandard parts. Thus if one entertains the idea of using their service be prepared for what is coming. read more

We were blown away by how seamless the process was and the thoroughness of the appointment, despite being virtual. Rachel is awesome and walked us through the process, consistently followed up with next steps and just made us feel comfortable regarding what to expect. Also, as a vantage point, we had seen an orthodontist in person, previously, at another office and learned more through our virtual appointment with Orthodontics Only, including what options we have, drawbacks between clear vs. wire braces, etc. than in the in-person appointment!
