The second was Dr. Sanders, this people are top notch, from the organization to the technology and professionalism. His told me that I was a candidate for Invisalign without need of taking out any tooth. Also, he put in writing that in case I'm not progressing as plan he will change me to braces at no additional cost. I came to this orthodontist with very minimal concerns (see attached photo) during a difficult time in my life. You'd hope a doctor would have the discernment and integrity to say, "You don't need treatment." Instead, he put me into his version of Invisalign and completely changed my previously perfect smile. Over the next 1.5 years, I emailed him multiple times letting him know my teeth were shifting in ways I hated, flaring out, misaligned, and not resembling the smile I walked in with. His response every time was to shave between my teeth and assure me it would "get better." It never did. My face shape even changed because of how my teeth were moved.
