I saw Dr. Rosenfield for an injury to my hand (fracture) and had a great experience. He is a super friendly, smart and caring guy. Unlike some other surgeons who like to recommend surgery above any other options, Dr. Rosenfield reassured me that I would not need surgery and that physical therapy would be sufficient. The front office staff complain and talk about patients, for patients waiting to hear and they have attitudes. Be prepared to wait for 1-2 hours to even be brought back to see anyone. Would not recommend. There are more considerate and friendly offices around. read more

Third visit in the last two weeks. Medical staff at the desk are rude. Doctors are always running behind schedule. I was here 30 mins early as instructed. After 1 hr of sitting in the waiting area I was told the doctor is running 45 - 60 mins late. Inexcusable. read more

Terrible experience at this location. We were called into the office more than one hour later than the scheduled appointment. Then we waited another 30 mins in the office before the doctor came in to see us. The waiting room and office were both absolutely freezing. My grandmother (99 years old) was in for a follow up visit for her fractured wrist and was very uncomfortable the entire time. Not one person apologized for the extreme delay or offered any reason as to why. Seemed as if this is normal procedure and no one cared. I do not recommend this office as it seems the priority is filling the office with people and far overworking the doctors. No customer service at all. read more

My husband was scheduled for shoulder surgery at 3pm. They asked us to check in at 1pm. Why two hours before, when it took them 30 minutes to prep him, I don't know. It was 4pm, then 5pm, then 6pm, still no surgery. They finally took him in at 6:30pm. Now, I can imagine how my husband is feeling, not being able to eat or drink since the night before. But, I've been sitting in the waiting room for 6 hours, and still sitting here as I write this review, all for a 1 hour surgery. The personnel have all left the building, locked the doors, and I can't get in to see my husband until the doctor unlocks the inside door, and I can't go outside without setting off an alarm. I'm sure the doctor stopped to have a bite to eat too! read more

Doctors double and triple book appointments for every time slot, crowded waiting area and not cleaning or wiping down waiting area chairs after patients are seen. And what really gets me is not having the courtesy to call and reschedule an appointment because With in 3 weeks they didn't get approval for treatment, ruin a whole day, Not sure I want to go back as this is the second time something is not communicated in advance of appointment. Common curtesy and trust major issues. They don't seem to care about my time, sorry isn't a good excuse for wasting a day. They even confirmed my appointment 3 days before hand and still didn't tell me about approval. read more

Dr matarrazo may be a great DR however you are only as good as your staff. His staff is horrible no return calls to schedule a needed surgery after leaving 5+ messages. Horribly run office and very out of touch with what simply quality service is when it comes to patient care. Go else where. read more

Saw Dr. Sue Cohn after being diagnosed with slightly herniated discs. Tried physical therapy.....no help actually exacerbated problem. As alternative to surgery Dr. Cohn did epidural with steroids with live x-ray. Her assistant Luis told me exactly what to expect. I had sedation (valium) prior to procedure. I do suggest this. Dr. Cohn's goal is to cause as little pain as possible. The procedure took about 20 minutes and except for post op soreness (which I was told to expect), The result was great. I have diabetes so had to watch my carb intake after steroids which has now normalized. It has been 10 days and this is the first time in 7 months I AM COMPLETELY PAIN FREE. I am starting back today with water aerobics and hope to continue now that I am pain free. I suppose a good pain management orthopedist could do the same procedure but Dr. Sue Cohn really cares about her patients' well being and takes the time need to make them feel comfortable in addition to doing a technically perfect epidural! First, everyone I dealt with at both locations Boyton and Atlantis was absolutely kind, helpful, and friendly. I had lower back problems for years...Went to see Dr. Dariano...he was great but he then referred me to Dr. Gabriel Mattei-Gonzalez (Pain management) we scheduled an injection...still had the pain, scheduled a second injection again no improvement, he then referred me to Physical Therapy for 6 weeks...after 4 weeks I stopped making it worse...went back to Dr. Mattei-Gonzale...sat in the room he walks in says so how are you doing..Told him it got worse...his Reply was "SORRY NOTHING MORE I CAN DO FOR YOU" I said how about another injection...he said no can't do that..I said I had this problem 8 years ago up in Delaware and we did the 3rd injection..he said " NO CANT DO IT" he said I can send you to a Neurosurgery Surgeon to see if maybe surgery. He referred me to one...he said surgery not needed...he referred me to another pain management doctor Dr. Poratta (A great guy, Comprehensive Pain Care of S. Florida) he looked at notes from Dr. Mattei-Gonzalez he said they haven't used that technique in 20 years...so we schedule an injection had the procedure done with a different technique and WOW worked great no pain now I can go back to work. In my opinion, Dr. Mattei-Gonzalez was fairly new at this and needs to take some more courses on different techniques. I was shocked at his response...I felt like I was an inconvenience to him wasting his time. Again...the staff was all great. read more

Dr Juan Agudelo is the best Dr out there, he made the entire process easy and safe. He is the best in the business , I recommend him anytime. Warning- the PT center is not the best! At first they do a good consult, start treatment and then, the worst of it is though they canceled my standing appt, and then never told me. I was on my way and they left a message " you dont have that appt anymore call this ext for a new one." I left 4 msgs and no returns. When I finally got through 2 weeks later they said "we never got the messages". I asked why they did not call me and the response is "we dont call our patients they must call us"! Really, just like that, no show, no call. They ask do you want to start again now? No answer for why they don't call you, no check up, just take the money and run. So different than the actual doctor's office which is professional. I will get a script from my Dr and go somewhere else so I dont upset them and ask them to care about their patients. My suggestion is to go somewhere else for PT. They dont need new patients, they are too busy now to care about the ones they have. read more

I had a broken and dislocated metatarsal. I was told by two podiatrists in Boca that Dr. Clancy is the ONLY doctor you can trust. I am so thankful that I learned about it. My post surgery was pain free and I healed perfectly. Looking at the x-ray you can see how precise he was. I also have not scar. I highly recommend him and guarantee you will have an amazing experience. I had some fear going into it but was told by multiple people across South Florida that he is the best. I have visited both the JFK and the Hagen Ranch OCPC and I definitely recommend them. The doctors are top notch. The staff is on point and schedules you for further specialists and without you even having to lift a finger. The physical therapists are the best. The facilities are always clean. The offices are easily accessible if you have a disability. I just love them. read more

ive been to this practice , it is over crowded , the Dr. i saw , did nothing to help me , put me on steroids , for a wk , i have several MRI's showing 3 totally blown disks & a broken bone healed w cartl. etc growing around it pushing on nerves in my neck & one herniated in my lower back along w Osteo deg. disease . bone spurs , etc etc , his nurse could barely speak English & got loud w me , because i couldn't understand what she was saying, & i was told this was the Dr.'s family member that was his receptionist , idk if its true but the way he allowed a "receptionist " to conduct calls , bus. etc etc it would make sence. after several calls , w no response other than he'll only talk w you if you book another appt. , ahhh , no twice was enough , & outrageously priced even with 2 health insurances , this was a few yrs ago , but ive heard so many bad stories since then i decided to leave a review about my experience w them... read more

My son had surgery back in early June with Dr. Matarazzo. Completely satisfied with the Doctor's expertise to solve my sons issue. However, the business office within this organization is horrible. I specifically had my son go to this Dr. as he is "in network". To date they have coded up to 3 visits within their therapy department as "out of network".. Most of the therapy visits have been coded correctly as "in network" with a "0" balance due as I have exceeded my yearly out of pocket max. I have contacted their business office on many occasions to address and get the response that we will resubmit. It is obvious to me or a blind man that their business office staff is lacking in the knowledge to fix this issue as today 10/3/15 I received another bill for the same "out of network" charges. What does one have to do to get this corrected. I intend to follow up next week by going to their office with printouts from my insurance company showing them how this was submitted on their part as I have told them over the phone several times. read more
