Dr. Jason Gold is quite a drive from where I live in Florida and worth the trip and then some. When…read moreI did my research for a podiatrist, it quickly became obvious that no one compares to him. However, when I recently found I needed to have a painful callus removed from my big toe, I very briefly thought of going elsewhere because of my exhausting schedule of responsibilities. I decided against it and drove to see Dr. Gold as I knew I should. I am happy to report he confirmed that I made the right choice again.. In addition, to him dealing with the strange callus I never had before, I needed him to evaluate my 8 month old orthotics which he had made for me. I am extremely hard on my shoes and feet as I walk between 20,000 to 30,000 steps per day. That is 2-3 times the recommended goal of 10,000 steps. As a result, both my feet and my shoes get a real beating from me. As it turned out, my orthotics needed to have their top layer replaced as I had completely wore it down. Dr. Gold suggested I go directly to "Peter" who was an additional 15-20 minutes away from where I live in Florida. When I explained how far away I lived and asked if he thought I could be seen there today, much to my surprise and delight, Dr. Gold took it upon himself to text Peter to see if it was possible for Peter to see me when I arrived there that day. The answer was "YES." I drove to Peter who has been awarded a special status from New Balance for his outstanding work. He replaced the worn top cushion of my orthotic and when I asked him how much I owed him, he informed me, "Nothing" as it was covered under the warranty. I was expecting to need to shell out a $100. "Nothing" was a very pleasant and most welcome delight. Same day service. My feet and I could not be happier with the results. Back to Dr. Gold who not only did he do a superb job on removing my unusual for me callus, but he took the time to play detective and figure out WHY I had a callus there. He examined both my sneakers, and orthotics and the way they fit in my sneakers and explained to me and showed me exactly what was going on. As a result, I was able to make changes to my footwear to correct the problem to avoid the callus returning. Last but not least, I must finish with how moved I was that Dr. Gold took it upon himself to text Peter on my behalf to make it possible for me to get into see him regarding my orthotics the same day. I really was in dire need to have them repaired as soon as possible but at the same time was short on time for myself as I am caring for my elderly father who has dementia. It ain't easy. Dr. Gold's care and concern and act of kindness is of no small matter to me, and I could not appreciate him more. What makes it all the more extraordinary to me is I am not exactly an established patient with less than a year's experience as his patient. I simply cannot sing his praises to you loudly enough.

She works closely with the patients to accomodate their schedules and keeps everything organized. Abby was assigned to as my therapist and she is truly knowledgeable, caring, and kind. I am amazed that my swollen arm is now the size of my healthy arm. When Abby had to go to a different location I saw other therapists. The first person I saw was Irene who was also top notch. I also saw Josh, Jeannette, and Nadage. For the short time I saw them, they too treated me with much respect and shared valuable information with me. The staff at this location works together in harmony which brings much comfort to the patients. I actually look forward to my six month check-up!

Office was closed! We set up the appointment 3 days ahead of time and the office even called us…read morethe day before to confirm we would be coming. I confirmed the date and time as well as the address and Dr's name. We showed up and the office was locked. A sign on the door said as of Feb they are not open on Fridays. I took time off from work and my mother (who the appointment was for) has mobility issues -- it's no small matter to make a Dr appointment. We are going elsewhere for her care.

Let me start by saying that I'm not big on filing complaints on businesses as I am in the service…read morebusiness, but talk about INEPT!!! My first appointment was in the Boynton office for 10am on 2/19. I was given the address and upon arriving, there are 4-5 buildings with the same address and each building had a letter. I am not given the lettered building to go to and aimlessly drive around for 10 minutes looking for their office. I call their toll free line and am 12th in line to speak to someone. After another 10 minutes, I ask which building to go to and am told they don't know and will contact the center. The center gets on the line and gives me an address, I say "ma'am I am well aware of the address, how about giving me a building number. I finally arrive at their office at 10 am and hand the lady my paperwork. At 10:30, I go to the counter and ask the lady how much longer I', going to have to wait. Her response is "your next in line and you had an attitude before you even got here and I can reschedule if I want" TALK ABOUT UNPROFESSIONAL!! At 10:45 I ask for my papers back and call to schedule an appointment with another one of their offices. This appointment is scheduled for 2/22 at 9am. In doing some due diligence, I reach out to David Wood who is the Chief Experience Officer of this entire group. He is very cordial on the phone, I tell him what transpired, he says he is sorry and asks me if I want him to contact the office and speak to the parties involved. I was baffled. How about just doing your job Mr. Wood as the Chief Experience Officer as my experience sucked!!! OK so I go into my appointment on 2/22 at 8:50 and sign in. 2 minutes later, a woman calls my name and tells me that my appointment is with a nurse practitioner (of which I was NEVER told) and that she can't see me today (of which I NEVER received a call) After leaving their office not a happy camper, I proceeded to text Mr. Wood at 8:53 and no response.
