Everyone is welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your recovery. The therapists take the time to listen, explain the process, and create a personalized plan rather than rushing. They care about their patients and the results. Highly recommend Endurance Rehab to anyone looking for professional, supportive, and effective care. A special shoutout to Kristina, she's awesome, and I'm feeling much better thanks to her and the team.

I don't know that that is something to be proud of or ashamed of, but it is what it is. I've mostly been going for shoulder pain, but also for a calf injury... I've been seeing Kristina Lott as my Physical Therapist and I highly recommend her. Nate Snell is also fabulous, but Kristina's schedule jives well with my need to come in early mornings. The front office and support crew are all friendly -- even when I go before 7am, which is impressive. Shout out to Kat, who keeps me in check with the exercises that Kristina prescribes. I'm hoping to graduate from this bout of visits in the near future, but if and when I need to return for PT, Endurance Rehab will always be my first choice of places to go. Since my last review, and when recovering from a calf injury, I was able to utilize the onsite G-Trainer anti-gravity treadmill.  It was super cool and definitely aided in my recovery. Thanks Endurance Team!

He diagnosed my issues with my foot after over 10 years of having pain and a previous surgery that didn't help. Dr. Bland performed surgery on my foot and took extra care and attention to make sure it was done correctly. I have been an orthopedic surgical technician for 25 years and Dr. Bland addressed my concerns about the type of approach and implants that would be used. My post operative care continues to be above and beyond! Dr. Bland and his entire staff are very supportive and attentive.

My Experience with Prestige: I fractured the 5th metatarsal…read morein my foot and spent 10 weeks non-weight-bearing, following my original doctor's advice. When he recommended another four weeks without walking, I felt something was off. That seemed far too long for a bone to heal, so I sought a second opinion at Prestige with Dr. Bland and Carla. At Prestige, I was told surgery was the only option. They claimed the bone would never heal on its own and warned me of dire consequences: necrosis, arthritis, improper walking, and even potential amputation. It was terrifying--but I trusted them and went through with the surgery. Three days after the procedure, I fell. Although I landed backward, my heel hit the ground. Concerned, I returned to Prestige and told them I believed something was wrong. The X-ray showed the bones were too far apart. I explained that i It appeared the bone had slipped off the lower of the two pins holding it together. I urged Dr. Bland to fix it immediately, before it healed incorrectly. He stated that re-operating would be "malpractice." That made no sense to me. Why would it be malpractice to fix something? Instead of correcting the issue, they chose to "watch it heal." But from that point on, things only got worse. Over the next few weeks, I heard a series of vague explanations--"maybe it's not healing because..."--but no real solutions. Frustrated, I requested my medical records. It took over two weeks to receive them. Every time I called, I was told "the doctor is being thorough," which felt like code for "he's writing notes retroactively." Shockingly, the records were delivered to my primary care physician by being slid under the door after hours, left for the cleaning crew to find. I am fairly certain that is not an acceptable form of delivery. My PCP referred me to another doctor who ordered an MRI. The results were - the pin had indeed slipped and was holding the bones apart, not together, hence creating a gap. Worse, the bone had been re-broken during surgery and with only one pin holding the top of it, had shifted downward, making it shorter than before. This misalignment affected my ankle, which was now completely off. The metal plate had stress fractured from being pulled by the sliding bone. Although the bone eventually healed, I'm left with a broken plate, a shortened bone, and chronic ankle issues, neuropathy in my little toe that keeps me up at night and can no longer wear any shoe but flats, because my toes don't bend right. I consulted several other doctors who reviewed my original X-rays. Each one said the bone was healing naturally and surgery was unnecessary. A bone growth stimulator would have sufficed. I had asked Dr. Bland for a bone growth stimulator early on, but he told me insurance wouldn't cover it until nine months had passed without the bone healing. That was incorrect. I later learned it could have been approved from day one. Prestige either didn't know or didn't check. I pursued getting one and it was granted. I was scared into unnecessary surgery, left to heal incorrectly, and then subtly blamed for the outcome. He did at one point state that he had thought it would be simple. I am not sure what was meant by that statement. I waited to write this review, hoping things might improve. They haven't. I suffer from neuropathy and constant, searing in my ankle. I am an active walker and walk my Dog several miles a day. Now I get to pay for with pain and limping by the end of the day. Even if a doctor removes the broken plate, they can't reposition the bone or stretch the skin to restore the bone's original length. That being said, other Doctors don't want to touch it for fear of the screws having been stripped when installed. This was my experience.
