They removed a bunch of dead palm trees from my backyard that died in the freeze (including a very tall one) and removed the stumps without damaging my pool! Yay! They also removed and broke up some brick tree wells, trimmed up a tree to give me more roof clearance, and dug up my dead sago palms. I can't recommend this team enough! They had better communication than any of the other 5 groups on yelp I reached out to. They arrived on time to quote the service and execute on it the next day. They were polite and professional. We're able to cut several trees on a Saturday. We're quick and professional and did a great job.

We put out a request for quotes to several tree services after a storm uprooted a tree that was dangerously close to our roof. Ortiz Tree Trimming came out the same day (a Sunday!) to quote us. While his original quote was reasonable, we ended up working out a very competitive rate that included stump grinding. They even explained how they would brace the tree while cutting to prevent anything from accidentally falling on the house during the job. Serbando and his partner came out on-time the following day (Monday) to complete the tree trimming portion of the job - did a quick and thorough job and left the yard very clean!! However, it took a little while to get a day/time arranged for the stump. When we did finally have it ground, it was extremely quick! They did a great job. Because Serbando has a connection with a professional stump grinder, rather than needing to rent a machine from Home Depot, this allows for a deeper, more thorough grind. We were very satisfied with the quality of service, price, and communication throughout the whole process (despite some language barriers!). Fantastic job. We had a 35' ash tree in front yard and in about 6 hours they had it all the way down safely and cut up in pieces. They hauled everything away and left the area clean. We contacted Mr. Ortiz to come give us a quote on a tree trimming job last week. He came with his son the next day at the agreed upon time, and after a thorough walkthrough of all the trees on the property, gave us a fair price for the job. He was available within the week, and arrived with his team at 8 AM. They were all very professional and courteous, and focused on their work. It was not an easy job that included trimming some very old and brittle Catalpa trees. The team had no problem getting it all done by mid-afternoon. He and another guy came out and did great work in a tree that needed to be trimmed away from the house so the branches wouldn't break the windows.
