I had a large red oak that didn't survive the winter storm of 2021as well as multiple other smaller trees that needed to be removed or trimmed. There was some confusion at the beginning of our relationship when Mr Ortiz thought I was a different customer, but once that was squared away everything went smoothly. I had a quote quickly and the work was scheduled. I got a permit from the city for the removal of the red oak and the crew showed up on the scheduled day. Called on Saturday and got a same day in-person estimate for a medium sized tree trimming job at my home. I felt comfortable working with these nice people, and their price seemed very fair. They were able to return today (Tuesday) promptly at 8 AM. By 10:30 AM the job was done. Trees trimmed in front yard and over driveway as well as along one side of the house. I am completely satisfied with the work and would not hesitate to recommend this service. My only complaint is that they do not accept credit cards. They can accept payment with PayPal, but credit card companies usually consider PayPal to be a cash advance and charge higher fees.
