I've tried everything to remove this. I've gone to another paint and body place to see if they knew what it was, and they said some sort of chemical compound has stripped the top layer of the protective coating of the paint. Whatever it is, there's weird marks on the windows as well. It almost melted part of it. I don't even know how that's possible but whatever material they got on the side of the car and windows won't come off and can't be buffed out as I've tried everything now I have to go out of pocket to go to professional paint and body place and have this resolved.

They repaired the radiator incorrectly which damaged the engine. Engine was totaled and new mechanic advised against the replacement. Essentially they totaled my car and because the engine damage was not caused by the deer, insurance will not pay for the lost car, though did pay Top Gun at the very start $17000 for a crappy/ incompetent repair job. Top Gun has taken no responsibility, doesn't return phone calls, and can't keep their story straight regarding what went wrong, when I am able to reach them. Looks like I will have to sue to recover the cost of the car. No matter, huge lost of money and time. They have no business being in business.
