I have used Custom Craft twice. The first time on an older Volvo for a repair to a spoiler on the front of the car. They did a great job, so that is why I thought of them when my new vehicle got what I thought was striping paint down one side. Andrew looked at the car and discovered that it was caused by a wad of bubble gum. Hard to imagine that much gum on the highway! He was able to remove the gum without damaging the paint and did not charge for the work. According to Yelp I should not write a review if given a freebee, but I think it is admirable in these times that someone in a business is willing to help another individual and not charge a fee and I was charged for my earlier repair a few years back. I would have to say Custom Craft is the best body shop in Santa Fe. I have used this body shop twice and I have been quite impress with the professionalism and quality of work each time. Custom Craft worked hard on my behalf and dealt my insurance to have my car repaired correctly. This shop goes beyond to call of duty to preform work that is better than industry standards. Custom Craft even repaired a small section of the car that was not part of the accident per good will. My BMW looks good as new! I was even more impress when they had someone come pick up the rental car and dropped off my vehicle once it was completed. Referred to Custom Craft by Toyota Dealer to repair deep, ugly key scratches on the driver door and the driver side passenger door of our Sienna. Their work was EXCELLENT and completed in the time frame they originally provided. Additionally, their customer service was excellent and they kept me informed throughout the process over the phone. Very impressed with the service and care they gave to my Toyota 4-runner. After an accident damaging my front bumper I went to several places in town for estimates and felt the most confident with Custom Crafts thoroughness.. I not only have my car back in far less time than expected (most other shops estimated +2weeks and they finished under a week) but perfectly cleaned and looking far better than before the accident! Custom Craft did repair work on our RV back in May. The fiberglass on both sides of the back panel had cracked and separated. They did a fabulous job on the repairs.
