Absolutely Fantastic!!! After being told by "Don Juan's Auto Collision Specialists" that it would cost more than $1200 to fix a piece of the bumper that lost its clip - for paint (for what? You're reclaiming that all parts need to be replaced?), an entirely new bumper, a "smashed" sensor, paint, etc.; I cold-called Top Gun from Don Juan's parking lot for a 2nd opinion. Dominic Garcia couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Over the phone he said they'd be willing to take a look if I could get there in the next 30 minutes, because they were "slammed" understandably, the day before the holiday weekend He even offered to try to secure the problem if necessary and possible, until they could fit me in, should I need to come back. Dominic used common sense, skill and a little elbow grease to fix the problem and sent me on my way without even charging me. He acknowledged that if I wanted to replace the torn wheel well more fully at some point we could order the $60 piece and they'd happily install it. No full bumper, no paint, no computer work for the scraped, (not "shattered") sensor casing, which still worked fine. I whole-heartedly recommend Top Gun Collision Center for great work and honest, ethical business practices. Needing body work on your vehicle is a stressful, vulnerable position in which we are forced to rely on experts. Not adding the stress of fending off predatory business practices is such a relief and makes the situation so much easier. I even got to meet the owner Dave! Thanks so much for the great treatment . Unfortunately my 4runner was in an accident by way of a very good friend I took my vehicle to top gun this was in October or 2025 I have picked it up dropped it off several times always had excuses about parts waiting dents exc.. It was a buy back after my insurance totalled it i decided 2 have the whole vehicle repaired from dents and dings and that wasn't done right I should have taken it somewhere else after I was told I had 2 give them $2500.00 up front 2 buy parts then after several months I gave them $5000.00 and have been dealing with crap ever since dings were still there the new bull guard was cracked front grill painted silver which didn't even match the color I had on it now I took it because it didn't have the skid plate on Michael ~owner put one on wanted me 2 pay over $400.00 for it when I had already talked 2 Raul and he said it was not on then they took off all emblems 2 paint all my 4runner and didn't put them back on and wanted me 2 pay for their mistake voices got heated he thought he didn't get heated but (he himself said he didn't want 2 be a d××k ) then daughter got involved then her bay friend got involved and my husband Her baby daddy started talking crap with my husband then he starts 2 take off his shirt and jewelry cuz my husband said he could take it outside my husband is 58 with a psychology degree and didn't go outside cuz he new the boyfriend was heated also and just riff~raff in getting involved with something that didn't even pertain 2 him so long story haha shortened he's gonna b a "" nice"" guy) oldest mechanics words and were finally gone get the emblems I went to them with good faith because off my friend and I landed up with crap so it's been 10 months and this is my story if anyone would like I have a half of the ""convo"" on video I urge everyone PLZ DONT GO TO top gun r unprofessional liars starting from the owner on down I will give utmost respect 2 RAUL AND CARLOS as they were the only professionals there read more

This place when pulling up looks more like a junkyard than a body. They left permanent marks on my vehicle after having paint and bodywork done on my car. I've tried everything to remove this. I've gone to another paint and body place to see if they knew what it was, and they said some sort of chemical compound has stripped the top layer of the protective coating of the paint. Whatever it is, there's weird marks on the windows as well. It almost melted part of it. I don't even know how that's possible but whatever material they got on the side of the car and windows won't come off and can't be buffed out as I've tried everything now I have to go out of pocket to go to professional paint and body place and have this resolved. read more

Took my car here after I hit a deer. It took them 5 weeks, never communicated, lots of over promising and under delivering on timeline when I called them, and two days after I received the car back, the car broke down on the highway. They repaired the radiator incorrectly which damaged the engine. Engine was totaled and new mechanic advised against the replacement. Essentially they totaled my car and because the engine damage was not caused by the deer, insurance will not pay for the lost car, though did pay Top Gun at the very start $17000 for a crappy/ incompetent repair job. Top Gun has taken no responsibility, doesn't return phone calls, and can't keep their story straight regarding what went wrong, when I am able to reach them. Looks like I will have to sue to recover the cost of the car. No matter, huge lost of money and time. They have no business being in business. read more

I took my Honda Civic to Top Gun Collision for some major front-end work in mid-September of 2022. I was told that it would be about a two-month job. Only yesterday, almost seven months later, I got my car back. My insurance company paid Top Gun half of the total repair costs ($4,000 out of $8,000) and gave me the other half to pay when they finished. From the start, Top Gun was very pushy in getting ALL the money up front rather than after the job was done. This was my first red flag, but I figured if they were getting paid early then they would do a good job and do it fast. I couldn't have been more wrong. According to my insurance company, it took Top Gun almost a month just to order the parts. Once the parts started trickling in, they came up with excuse after excuse as to why they weren't getting the work done. After three months of waiting, I started calling regularly out of frustration but was met with the same excuses over and over again. Soon they started finding other "issues" with the car. Interestingly, these "issues" were not going to be covered by my insurance, so I had to pay for them out of pocket. My car's harness and various sensors all needed to be replaced on my dime even though they were not broken during the initial inspection. When Top Gun took my car to Honda to fix the harness, I terminated my business with them. It was clear to me that something fishy was going on. When I picked up my car yesterday, I found evidence of damage and sloppy work confirming my suspicions. My license plate was missing, my gas had been siphoned to empty, all my windshield fluid was drained, someone stuck a knife or metal poker through my passenger door upholstery, my windshield was cracked, my battery was almost dead, and there were greasy engine parts / insulation pieces / trash left in my backseat and trunk. Simply put, my car was filthy and broken. I am not sure the stains from the greasy engine parts will ever come out. In my opinion, Top Gun Collision is incompetent at best and deliberately malicious at worst. There are plenty of other auto body shops in town. Go literally anywhere else - its not worth the hassle if they decide to waste your time and take your wallet for a joy ride. read more

brought my car to have a door replaced under insurance. I initially had a lot of faith in this shop as they came highly recommended and have great reviews. My experience was very disappointing. When I came to pick up my car I realized there was a piece of plastic molding missing which they found no big deal, so I start driving home and realize my passenger window will not roll down. I drive back and they reprogram my door and now it works. So I leave again and my window shade falls off. Turns out it was incorrectly installed. The clips that secure it were not attached and it was being held on by tape alone. Upon further inspection I find plenty of scratches and dings to my interior parts that were perfect before my visit. I also question whether or not they actually installed a brand new door as they claim because the "new" door does not line up correctly and there are inconsistencies in the gaps. It's alarming that they didn't even check the function of the electronics after reinstalling them. Very poor attention to detail. I don't normally leave these kind of reviews but I must urge anyone to reconsider giving these guys business. (See photos) read more

They are awful. They take cash or charge you the credit card fee my Subaru was sent back to them for the shoddy work in a prior repair. They charged me for the work and held my car ransom. They are the worst! read more

They came to Las Vegas for our car, great communication and followed up to make sure we were satisfied. They left our car like new.

Top Gun Collision is wonderful! They saved me $500!! The corner of my Prius back bumper was loose. Toyota said they could only replace the entire bumper - $500+! Top Gun would replace just the part that needed it for less than half that - but suggested instead that they replace 3 bolts. I walked out 30 minutes later with a secure bumper for only $33!!!! I recently popped the clips on one of my wheel rims in a backing incident, and was really pleased to discover Top Gun! They were quick, efficient, very reasonable and so kind - they were even able to buff out most of the scrape above the rim! It can be difficult to find a shop willing to take a small job, these guys are great! read more

We were upset when somebody again dented our car during the pandemic. They had insurance but everything is harder -- getting a rental car, parts and quick service from insurance. What looked like a little dent in a fender hid some bigger damage beneath, and the door of the car also had to be repainted. But it looks perfect now. Top Gun in Santa Fe, NM took our car into the shop two weeks ahead of our next collision repair option, and Raul kept on top of the insurance company issues. Many thanks! We have had the most amazing experience with this place. Twice they have helped us with collisions and done a phenomenal job. They are fun, professional, accommodating (stayed late so we could get our car), delightful personalities and they like each other...and their customers. When my AC was not working, I went to the Toyota dealer. They said it would cost over $1000. Top Gun fixed it for $0.80 and gave us a check in the amt the dealer charged us for looking at the car.
