I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Top Gun. I wish I could give them 6 stars. I was in an accident that left my 2005 Toyota Rav-4 in need of A LOT of work and only 2 weeks before I was due to take a roadtrip north, AND right before the holiday season. I wanted to find a reputable collision specialist who would work with me on costs and be able to turn my car around quickly. I shopped around a few body work shops. Ultimately, Top Gun came recommended by a police officer who told me that Top Gun services the entire SFPD auto fleet, so I had a feeling they would be professional. And they totally were. I worked with Dominic, a super friendly and compassionate estimator who went over my SUV with a fine tooth comb. He was extremely honest about all the work that needed to be done before I could drive it again (safety features and body work), and what could wait (windshield wiper fluid dispenser and final coats of paint). He worked with me to get costs down as low as possible. Ultimately, going to Top Gun saved me around $2500 than other large and small body shops. I requested after-market parts to cut costs further, but they hooked me up with brand new factory parts for the price of after-market. I paid cash for an ever better deal than I was expecting. And of course they also guarantee their work. When other shops said they couldn't even see my car for 3 weeks, Dominic and the folks at Top Gun got my car in the next day. Where other shops told me I needed to replace enormous and costly parts (like the radiator mount), Top Gun used their specialized equipment to fix the parts I already had, saving me hundreds of dollars. Where another shop took one look at my car and told me it wasn't worth fixing, the people at Top Gun were so willing to work with me. After all, I only just bought the car a couple months ago. As far as the body work, my car is in excellent shape, ran beautifully over my entire roadtrip. Aside from the fact that I opted not to paint my new parts yet, you can't tell it was ever in an accident. I will continue returning to Top Gun for body work needs in the future, although hopefully I won't have to. BONUS: These guys are honest. I left my wallet in my car the day I took it in. Days later, I called to see if it was in there, and Dominic was so nice to climb up to where the car was hoisted to the ceiling, found my wallet, and held it for me to pick up. My vehicle was backed into (driver side passenger door). As upset as I was, I understand accidents happen. I called Top Gun Collision and spoke with Lane who remembered me as a "previous" customer. I explained to Lane what happened and the damage to my vehicle. He instructed me to bring my car in for estimate at my convenience, even offered for me to come in the same day I called. I made an appointment with Dominic to review the damage and provide a estimate. When I entered the shop, I was immediately greeted by Lane; I also noticed the COVID safe measures that Top Gun implemented to protect the staff and their customers. The office is draped with plastic in front of each desk and every employee was wearing a mask. Dominic came out to inspect the damage and a brief wait later, I had the estimate in my hands. I notified Dominic that I wanted my car fix, based on the estimate he provided, and he ordered the parts the same day. The next week, I took my car in and Lane promised it would be ready at the end of the week. Dominic called me one day earlier than expected and told me my vehicle was ready for pick up. I picked up the car the day he called and it looked beautiful. The car looked as beautiful as the day I drove it off the car lot. You could never tell my vehicle was involved in an accident. Dominic sanitized the car before I got in it. If you want a professional business to fix your car, do not hesitate to call Top Gun. I got into an accident 12/20, was recommend Top Gun from the dealership I bought my car from. When I reached out to them they said they would take the claim and fix my car. When my car was finally complete Top Gun in stalled my window wrong and tried to fix it by gluing down the gaskets to my window. They had paint runners and gave me back my car like this. Tope gun said they would fix it. I sent it back 1/18/21 and they caused more damage than what was there before i now have close to a half inch gap on the right side of my lift gate and where the tail light is. ( see attached photos) when I showed the owner he defended his technician. The technician came outside to see what was being said, told me he was the best in New Mexico. ( i'll let you judge that by the photos) The technician proceeded to open my lift gate and tried to adjust my lift gate by pushing it over to the right. when i told him to stop that he could break my window and now I know why my car looks the way is does, the technician proceeded to come yell in my face he is the best around. the OWNER did NOTHING as his technician is yelling at me. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO TOP GUN THEY WILL CAUSE MORE DAMAGE THAN FIX IT!!!!! read more

Wow is right! These guys are absolutely awesome!!! I have a 2005 Infiniti G35 that I am gifting to my father after I buy a new car this week. The Infiniti had some dents and bruises and was overall looking pretty shabby after our 10 years together. I took it to Top Gun to see what my options were to get the car spruced up and looking tip top for my Dad. Dominic came out and assessed the situation. He was totally honest with me when pricing my options. He even told me what I could do on my own to keep the price down and get her looking her best. Upon his expert advice, I decided to have the headlights sanded down and polished and have a large bubble dent removed from the front driver bumper. After about an hour, my car looked beautiful! My first thought was "Why didn't I have this done sooner?!" Overall, the experience was A++. The price couldn't be beat. I really like these guys, and the way they run their business. I went to them first because two of my most trustworthy friends told me some time ago about their own very positive experiences with Top Gun. I took my 7 month old Kia Soul in for a nasty scrape I put on it with the help of my garage door. Not its fault, all mine. They made it look delightfully fresh and new! And, in a quick turn-around. Dominic clearly explained the parts that needed to be fixed, and how, and also helped keep the price as low as possible. I most definitely recommend them, and will come back to them when in need. After searching online for collision repair centers, we chose Top Gun Collision. We were met by a very courteous service representative. He examined the damage and in less than 30 minutes provided a detailed report outlining the required work necessary to repair the damage and estimated cost. We scheduled the repairs and they completed the work on schedule and within the estimate The workmanship was outstanding. In June I was camping alone, 500 miles from home, 95 miles North of Santa Fe and hit an Elk. Anthony from Quality Towing got both the truck and TT to Top Gun. Laine stored the TT while he worked on the $11,000 worth of damage to the truck. Customer service and communication were great. He kept me informed every step of the way once I returned to Kansas.
