His in-house brand is fantastic in its quality and value. I am tall and thin (6'1", 165 lbs.), and the more "European" cut fit perfectly. He really knows what he is doing, and is accommodating to all sizes and budgets. After this, I also bought a navy blue suit from him, which I asked to have shipped to my apartment in Baltimore. However, due to covid, shipping was delayed. Valentin called me personally at every step of the shipping process to let me know where my suit was and when he estimated it would arrive. When it arrived, I didn't even need to have it pressed, as it was clearly packed by someone who knew what they were doing. Rochester is lucky to have someone as kind, knowledgable, and sincere as Valentin. I suggest you give him a try!

I plan on entering the store when I am driving down Monroe Avenue toward the Pittsford Wegmans, so I can make a right hand turn in. Upon exiting the lot, I usually head towards another store towards Pittsford Plaza so I can make a right out of the lot. Trying to make a left and crossing two lanes of traffic is extremely difficult. Lots of the brands they tend to carry are J. Crew, Free People, Lululemon, Loft, Calvin Klein, Old Navy, and some Marshalls/Nordstrom/TJMaxx brands. Designer bags and shoes pop in the store as well and are often featured on their Facebook stories. Currently, they have their racks of summer seasonal wear out, and lots of athletic wear. The owner told me she was going to make a jacket and blazers rack soon this week, after clearing some more space. Some items are priced well, others are a touch higher than I would like to pay but it really depends on the brand and the type of item. Today I left with a cobalt blue Banana Republic skirt ($12), a red Mario Serrani pencil skirt ($10), and a Loft blouse ($14). With the tax and a check-in discount, it was $33. The store is requiring masks to alleviate the discomfort of other shoppers and staff. They are offering 10% off with a Facebook check-in to help promote the business.

He has probably purchased upwards of 5 suits from this business. When some family friends recommended this place in 2021, we came and had a great experience. However, on our last two trips back (2024,2025), there has been a notable difference in the way we were treated as customers. Not only did they not do pre alterations due to a "miscommunication"by an inadequate staff member but staff was beyond short on the floor and we did not get the one on one experience. Additionally, because we live 2 1/2 hours away and don't need extensive alterations we often have the items shipped (free of charge) because we live so far and are returning customers, or sometimes they will throw in an item such as a tie because of this. On this last trip back, they couldn't even ship our suit free of charge for us. So, Incognito, Where is the customer loyalty? I am sad to say I won't be returning and will find a place more local to us as a result of this.
