I have visited a couple of Athleta stores over the past few weeks. Tonight's visit was impromptu while I was trying to get some exercise by walking around in the mall. I noticed that they had a sale sign out, I'm always in to see what is on clearance or reduced rack. Just as the staff at my local store has proven to be, the staff was friendly and informative. I was able to try some pants on and get suggestions, and I even asked which color looked best and got a solid answer. The store associate that was their knew about all of the new items and also was willing to pull stuff from the back that was on clearance or close out to show me. I will continue to shop at this chain. I am extremely impressed.

This store carries really nice quality athletic clothes. I bought a skort from here over two years…read moreago and have worn it and washed it many times. It still looks like new! I only gave this 4 stars instead of 5 because it is on the more expensive side. I think some of the clothes are a bit overpriced but again the quality is above average, so... I would only go here to buy something that I know I would get a lot of use out of to justify spending the money.

Here, Ulyana assisted me with picking out various blazers, pants, and dress shirts of varying colors, fabrics, and sizes all while providing me with feedback throughout the process. She was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, helpful, and friendly as I asked questions and she provided me with her opinion on my fits. Shopping for formalwear on my own tends to overwhelm me pretty easily, so I am grateful that she was able to point me in the right direction with my measurements and what suits I shop for going forward. I have patronized this store over the past 12 years or so and the service has always been great. Last evening, on the recommendation of our corporate CFO, I asked for Wagih Labib... and experienced a whole new level of service that I thought only existed in movies. Wagih sized me up immediately with no need for a measuring tape and went to work. He started with what I was looking for (dress shirts) and went from there. The next thing I knew I was trying on sports coats, pants and shoes. He put together fantastic combinations of colors, ties, belts and even pocket squares that suited me perfectly. He is a true haberdasher and knows his trade and customers well. I felt truly spoiled and, while I generally despise shopping for cloths, I loved every minute of this 1 hour experience with an old school gentleman's gentleman. Beware Wagih Labib though... While he puts the movie shop keepers to shame (with none of the Pretty Woman sucking up by the way,) you are likely to leave with more than you expected... And you will love every minute of it!

The waiting room in the dressing room area was lovely to wait in, with sofas & water bottles for those waiting for someone to try on clothes. Service was excellent Prices were fair. This store is very clean, organized, and well lit. I really enjoyed the customer service they offered. I was approached by a young lady who works there. She asked me name and offered to take the items I was holding and place them in a dressing room for me. When I was finally ready to try everything on I was pleasantly surprised to see how she kindly arranged all of the items in color order in the dressing room, AND that my name appeared on the outside of the door! Best customer service a store has offered in a long time! Also, sign up for their members card. Free bday gift emailed to you. (Likely $5-10 bucks) Also, 1 point for every dollar you spend. Your points don't expire/time out.

LANDS END SCAM at Happy Returns…read more Until Proven Otherwise, Happy Returns scans only a fraction of your return to Lands End, pretending to scan the rest. Lands End acknowledges receipt of these few items and pockets the money you paid for the rest. This is based on my experience 4/2/25. I did not check the receipt at Happy Returns. Never been scammed before If Happy Returns ships back to Lands End all items you intended to return, Lands End reaps $100 for a $20 item if it cycles through 5 times. My guess is that Lands End pays Happy Returns for this service.
