This dish was unlike any Peaking Duck I have had previously. First, the duck is chopped up into very small pieces. Also, instead of normal Duck wraps, the dish was served with Bao Buns, which added a whole over demission and profile to the dish. If I would change anything, I would have taken the skin of the duck before cutting it up that small. You do kind of miss the crunch provided by a normal peaking duck dish.
