My company was looking for a local web design company to help with building a website and help with internet marketing. We called OS Ignite Inc a few times and finally spoke with an employee by the name of Dave Schapel. Seemed nice but incompetent. Very short and tried to make sure we had a budget of more than 10k to even have a sit down with him and his boss. When we received a proposal for a basic website it was extremely higher than any other web design firm. We originally picked this firm for their yelp reviews but we can tell now that they are fake. Waste of time. Would not recommend. The owner should review their team and shift their focus on better customer service. read more

We contacted OS IGNITE INC. a few months ago to get a proposal/quote on a new website. We originally spoke with Zach for a few minutes and told him about our non-profit and that we liked that their company had worked with clients like us. He immediately went into asking us about our budget and that the clients they have in their portfolio are medium to large size business with decent sized budgets. It felt as if our non-profit had no meaning to them. Very sad from our experience and will be choosing someone else work with. If we could, we would give less than 1 star. read more

I've read the rest of these comments and ratings from obvious friends and family and decided to give these guys a shot. Trust me, these guys, Dave and Zach are complete time warps. Nothing I requested was done on time or with enough effort to show me they had any real interest in my project. They seemed to believe that I wanted my time wasted as much as possible. They took forever to give me my quote, which was incomplete. I asked for a revised quote with the specific solutions I wanted integrated into my website, they told me to call the companies myself and ask them about computer jargon I have no clue about. Why could they not have called the companies themselves to get the tech info they need. Beats me. Of course after I brought this up, they said they called them twice. Yeah right. I put a lot of effort and energy in my business, I gave them the exact parameters and systems I wanted integrated and they sent me two quotes without them included. The way they treated me and my company was pathetic. I would not recommend these guys to anyone who wants to be successful in any way. What a waste of time and energy. I just don't understand how some people think they can do business and ask for tens of thousands of dollars for work when they can't even give accurate timely quotes and are not worried at all about customer satisfaction. When I mentioned that I wasn't really happy at the lack of effort and the late replies they told me "Good Luck on your project!!!" Horrible and a nightmare to work with. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! You've been warned. read more
