The first time, my AC wasn't performing the way it should after another HVAC technician had replaced my blower motor. The system was running, but it just wasn't moving enough air throughout my two-story home. Something still didn't seem right. That's when I called Edgar. He came out, took a look, and within minutes identified the issue. He told me, "It's your motor. It's not blowing strong enough." He explained that he could tell right away because the airflow wasn't what it should be, especially for a two-story house. He said I should really be able to hear and feel the air moving much stronger than it was. What really impressed me was his honesty and professionalism. After diagnosing the problem, I asked him what I owed him for coming out. To my surprise, he told me not to worry about it and didn't charge me anything. I ended up contacting the previous HVAC technician, explaining what Edgar had found, and requested a refund for the motor. I then purchased the same motor that originally came with my system and installed it myself. Sure enough, the moment I installed it, the airflow improved immediately and the system started performing the way it should. Edgar was absolutely right. The second time I reached out, I was having an issue with my AC condensate pump and drain line. I wasn't able to get an immediate appointment because they were booked up, but the technician I spoke with was still incredibly helpful over the phone. He took the time to answer my questions and point me in the right direction. Following his advice, I disconnected the hoses and used my shop vac to clear out the drain line. It turned out the problem wasn't even the condensate pump at all. Once I cleared the line, everything started working properly again, saving me from replacing a part that didn't need to be replaced. Both experiences showed me that this company genuinely cares about helping people, not just selling repairs. This individual named Gabriel Valenzuela who is the owner of this company decided to hire subcontractors to work on my project. His reason was to save me money. First of all, he never provided me with a contract, despite my repeated requests. While my project was being worked on, he requested payments from me, payable to him personally, his company or via zelle, claiming he was meeting with subcontractors and that he was going to pay them. Mr. Valenzuela failed to pay the subcontractors and kept all the payments to himself claiming it was his portion for the work that had been done. He kept over 20K of payments claiming it was his loss. The worst was that the subcontractors he hired were all unlicensed. And when it came to the electrical and AC Unit, the tech he hired was also unlicensed. Mr. Valenzuela charged me $23K to install a HVAC and a mini split. However, without my knowledge I was installed a cheapest Heat Pump a 3 ton on a 2080 sq ft home. The equipment he installed was cheap. It's been a nightmare. There was so many issues with my construction, uneven walls, no opening on ceiling to expose wires where the lights were supposed to go. My house was built approx 1 foot underneath level of my back yard, which I had to break all cement in my backyard and put new cement throughout the back yard at the new level of my house. This was an extra expense that could have been prevented. Please be careful and don't hire this company or Mr. Valenzuela for any of your projects. He is dishonest and not trustworthy.
