My family ordered a screen door for my mom, we wanted a stronger more heavy duty screen, we paid 25 extra dollars for what I believe is the heavier screen material, which was well worth it. It has a nice heavy latch that feels substantial. It just adds more quality and security to the door. My mom really loves it. She has two cats and we didn't want the cats hurting the screen. Called the Screen Team and they immediately picked up the phone. I explained what I was looking to do and how many screens I wanted to replace and I was given a quote over the phone. I was happy with the quote and scheduled to have Edgar come to my house to evaluate my screens. Edgar arrived exactly on time and did a thorough review of my screens and explained that I would need 2 of the frames repaired and the rest of the frames were OK. Edgar pulled all the screens and told me he would have them all done in 2 days.. 2 days later Edgar called and said screens were done and ready to be installed.. Edgar arrived at my home with screens in hand and proceeded to put them back on my home. I was blown away that Edgar replaced all the hardware on the frames including the tension springs and pull tabs, all brand new.. wow !!
